Superb hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Facilities were very good clean and tidy, a lovely room and a good breakfast . We stayed for 5 days and will definitely consider coming again. The atmosphere in the hotel was one of friendliness and the staff were only too happy to oblige with any requests.

Stayed at the Hotel Petrus for a 4 day city break in Krakow and to do the concentration camp tours. What a delight it was. The room we had wasnt quite like the one in the photo's. Quite basic, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were a joy and couldnt do enough for you. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. For... More

For a 3 star this hotel is very impressive; so modern and clean and pretty luxurious for only a 3 star like I say. Breakfast is really good and the staff are pretty friendly and helpful too. Great location, fairly short (half an hour or so) walk to Kraków city and quite nice scenery on the way. Absolutely loved it... More

Arrived at hotel in the afternoon, to our disappointment it was quite far from the city centre and due to the cold weather we got taxi's to and from the town costing on average 22 - 30 pln. The receptionist very welcoming and able to advise us of tours and where we were situated. The Petrus is situated in a... More

After visiting Warsaw the hotel Petrus was a letdown. It is very difficult to find and not near to public transport. It is tucked away in a residential area away from the main road, at least it is quiet!. There is no lift in the hotel. Breakfast is very basic.

I stayed at the hotel from 1 to 3 Dec 15 with 3 friends. We all found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful with an excellent command of the English language, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was clean throughout and our rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was mainly continental but also included toast, scrambled egg and... More

Taxi from airport, around 20 mins.. reasonable around 89 Zloty (15 pounds approx) Exterior- first impressions when pulling up, in need of attention. Room- stained carpet, broken bathroom blind, really firm beds. Thin walls! When neighbours going into their room it was so loud it was as if they were trying to get in ours! However, it was clean and... More
