This hotel is slightly off the beaten track but well worth the effort. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest tram stop but once you are on the tram it is only about 10 minutes to the centre of Krakow. The breakfast is freshly made but set up for Eastern Europeans so others may find that their... More

A very friendly hotel! In a quiet residential area but easy access to the city centre and old town. Half hour walk along the river or tram from the main road. Stayed in room 34 beautiful decor and very spacious. Good breakfast provided and excellent customer service. Only negative was no fridge in the room and no lift.

A friend of our had just come back from Poland and was raving about how brilliant it was. My husband asked me if I had ever fancied going to Poland and visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau and when I stated that I would love to go, our trip was planned. We booked through an agency but chose this hotel as it... More

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in Krakow, the room and bathroom was nice and clean, the hotel was really quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was to our liking, although not much variety, but reasonable for a 3* hotel. The city centre is a bit far away, and there are no major grocery stores nearby, but as... More

Booked a city break to krakow and stayed at this hotel. Staff were very welcoming and gave a very good service. However room was very tired and in need of decoration. No tea making facilities in rooms but you could purchase tea from a small dining room very reasonabley priced. Continental breakfast was not to our liking. The sausages are... More

My wife and I stayed here last year on our third visit to Kraków. This was our second stay here, having first visited in 2013. The staff are very friendly, helpful and reliable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the hotel being situated about 45 mins walk from the centre in a quiet area. My only criticism was that... More
