My wife and I stayed for two nights over the 12th and 13th of September and we loved the quaint charms of this hotel which oozes character and was so comfortable and in a great position in the old part of Krakow, near, but not too close to the main square. The service at the front desk is welcoming and... More

The hotel is in an old building in the center of Krakow. This means that the layout of corridors and rooms is sometimes slightly odd, but that in itself can be seen as the charm of an old building. However, make sure not to book into room 105. It is noisy from the restaurant or bar in the hotel. On... More

We enjoyed our room which was spacious and had a great shower. The breakfast room was charming with a delicious spread of hot and cold items. Staff was very polite and accommodating and most were fluent in English. Fantastic location with a quick walk over to the old square.

Location was perfect, room was large with good bathroom. Towels and bed linen were old. We had to ask 3 times for corridor lights to be switched on during the evening! We were given the wrong room key once. On a second occasion, when returning to the hotel, the manager told us abruptly that we had not left the key... More

As crazy as the main square can get, if you take just a few steps in the proper direction it can get relatively quiet very quickly. And that's where the Amadeus is. It's also a very nice hotel. The rooms are nice, and the staff is nice. Our room at the Amadeus was among the best we experienced in a... More

As the title might suggest, the hotel is in a superb location. We were minutes from the Main Square but not surrounded by nightclubs (there are a few but in the main we weren't disturbed and I'm a very light sleeper). The desk staff were uniformly helpful, making bookings on our behalf, finding the best rate of exchange at local... More

We stayed at the Hotel Amadeus after being over booked by the Hotel Wyspanski. It was a short walk from one to the other. First impressions it looks a bit run down. The receptionist checked us in and we were shown our room on the second floor. The room had skylights instead of windows so that was a bit disappointing.... More

We stayed here for 5 nights mid July 2014. It's a cute little hotel in a fantastic location with a nice staff. You could walk to the Main Square/ Old Town in about 5 minutes. The breakfast had some items not typical to folks from the US and although it was small was very adequate with good service. My only... More

Great little hotel, full of charm and very close to the Market Square and pickup points for tours which can be booked through the hotel cheaper than a UK travel agent! Our room however was a little tired and we needed to ask for another bedside lamp as only one had been provided. Toiletries were very limited in range but... More

The location is the biggest advantage as it is close to the downtown, in walking distance from major sites. Very convenient for couples or individuals without children or business people keen to combine job with sight-seeing. The services were decent considering that I booked B&B option and spent long summer days enjoying the city. The weak point is a lack... More
