This is an old hotel right in the heart of the old city of Krakow. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to/from the train station, and the directions to the old city are well signed from the station. The hotel is located about a 3-minute walk to the square and maybe a 20 minute walk to Wavel Castle. Check... More

We were delighted with this hotel, located just a couple of minutes stroll from the main square. It has old world charm, very spacious rooms, with comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom catering for your every need, plentiful towels, bathrobes, slippers. Buffet breakfast was excellent, big variety of choice with hot food made to order. Very pleasant and helpful staff. All in... More

Three nights spent in this comfortable and well appointed hotel just off the Market Square and very central for sight seeing. The breakfast was buffet style and provided a good choice of dishes. A cooked selection was also available. The bedroom was spacious and bathroom included bath and shower. The temperature in the bedroom was very warm at night and... More

Took my parents to krakow for a short break - chose this hotel almost at random, as it was close to the old town and reviews seemed good - what an excellent choice! The position could not have been better, just a few hundred yards from the main square, yet on a quiet side street. The rooms and bathrooms were... More

A well run hotel, situated on the edge of the old town with easy access to the market square and many good restaurants. The room we had was clean, large and comfortable. The tea coffee was sparse but the staff will provide adequate supplies on request. The breakfast was excellent and service very good. The roos facing the Main Street... More

We traveled to Krakow for one night to visit the Christmas market, and this hotel was in a good location for us to do everything we wanted. A 12-minute walk to/from the train station, a 3-minute walk to the square and maybe 20 minutes to Wawel Castle. For the price and location, it was perfect! One complaint: rooms got too... More

Just come back from 4 days in Krakow, stayed at this wonderful hotel, right in the heart of Krakow, round the corner from the market square and the Xmas markets... Room and bathroom massive, robes, slippers, huge bed, memory foam mattress, softest feather pillows, room, bathroom and hotel spotless, staff faultless and extremely helpful, breakfasts fabulous, all fresh and freshly... Location of hotel is very good, few minutes walking to very centre. Rooms were nice, but I have to say some decided rooms are actually connected by a locked door so it is noisy. Hotel stuff was friendly and they offered us change of the room so we did not have any other problem. Food in the restaurant was average,... More

My workplace chose this hotel for our christmas party. The hotel is very central, clean and got helpful staff. But I was not to fond of the food in the resturant. We had pre-ordered menues and alot of us got wrong menu. The room was also very(!!) hot when I arrived. But all in all a good hotel.

A 3min walk to the city square, this hotel was an amazing choice. A classic, luxury feel with decor, huge rooms, and a huge buffet breakfast. Close to everything, very friendly staff, what more can be said? Highly recommended. We also had great tours with Cracow Tours. We went on auschwitz and salt mine tours, and also loved the shopping... More
