A very comfortable hotel - perfect for a short stay in the city. We arranged an all day tour to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines and were picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The market square of Krakow is noisy and has many rowdy visitors in the evening but once clear of that then the charm of Krakow... More

We stayed here three nights during our visit to beautiful city of Krakow. Slightly sad and dated, but very clean. Bed and bedding could have been more comfortable but convenient position of hotel made up for this. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Quiet location but near to centre square and easy walking to Jewish Old Quarter, trams and castle, river.

A bit worried to begin with first room was very small though well appointed. An appeal led us to a magnificent room 1st class in all respects. The receptionists were more like Concierges SO helpful and considerate. Inc. buffet breakfast very good for a small hotel with extensive hours 7 to 11 Hotel location ideal 2 mins walk from the... Excellent location - a few minutes walk from the main square but as the street bent round a corner it meant that the hotel was nice and quiet. We walked to the bus/train station one day - it was very easy to find and took about 10-15 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. At reception you... More

Stayed here for a week during August 2015. Lovely spacious rooms, everywhere very clean, very helpful & courteous staff, and plenty of good choices for breakfast. Downsides - some rooms suffer from outside noise at several times during the day and night do might not suit light sleepers. I'd also like to see light bulbs replaced when they blow -... More

This hotel is gorgeous- its quite posh looking and has very traditional styling. The bathrooms are modern with lovely little plush robes and slippers! Id say this is more of a romantic hotel but the location and vibe is incredible. I was originally booked to stay in a 1star room down the road but saw the price on this and... More

Just returned from a cycle and stay holiday in Krakow and southern Poland, and stayed in the Hotel Amadeus for 3 nights as part of this experience. Overall this is a lovely, traditional, yet discreet hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean with all the thoughtful extras you would expect, eg air-con (a must in the summer months), a kettle,... Located just several blocks off the Square. A wonderful hotel. The staff was one of the best I've ever found in a hotel. There was nothing they could not get accomplished for us. 100 % pro customer. Rooms were large, clean ,airconditioning worked, bathroom large and very clean.

There is absolutely nothing about this hotel that is negative. From the welcoming reception, the comfort and cleanliness of our room, the quietness of the interior (Krakow was experiencing very hot and humid weather but the air conditioning was very quiet and kept the room comfortable), breakfast was nice and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Hotel Amadeus has my vote... More

This is a great hotel and located a couple of minutes walk from the main Old Town Square. Friendly, helpful staff. All spoke good English. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days in Krakow. Highly recommended. Value for money.
