Just got back from a weekend in Krakow and would definitely recommend this hotel. Location is perfect - just far enough away from the old square to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough for it to be a short walk to restaurants and bars. Opposite Wawel castle too which is also convenient. Rooms are a great... More

You can’t ask more from a hotel than that it’s ideally located, the grub is good, the beds are comfortable and that it looks good on photos. The Royal Hotel Krakow is one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed in. Plus it has character just oozing from it. You might imagine it in a bye-gone era, horse drawn carriages... More

Nice price- booked through website. Nice location. The downside is travelling here by car and the service around that issue. You cant book a parking space before you arrive- the last thing you want to do when you have travelled for 8h is to start looking for a spot in the streets. It ended with us carrying our lugage for... More

We booked a couple of rooms to use as a bolt hole while in Krakow for the weekend. Knowing Krakow very well I knew the location would be perfect. We booked through Booking.com and got two comfort rooms really cheep (under 200zl) each. As it has been said before on here, the rooms are really dated, our room must have... More

We stayed here on a Girls weekend in Krakow. The location was great as it was a 5 minute walk from the main Square with plenty of shops and bars at your foot step. The rooms where fine, a bit dated, very big and after some polish vodka can be a bit hard to find sometimes! We where there in... More

Although a bit dated the rooms are very spacious, and comfortable, we had a suite which was enormous, the breakfast had plenty of choice of hot and cold meats, eggs and cereals and lovely fresh bread We were able to book two trips at reception, and we were picked up at the hotel and dropped off at the end of the... 5 minutes from the main square this was a perfect location for exploring the city. The hotel might be slightly dated but was very clean and comfy for the 4 nights we stayed. The rooms are massive with comfortable beds and shower facility. Only problem with the room itself is finding your way there or out as the Hotel and... More

Good value, perfect location, bit of faded grandeur and character rather than a chain. Big plus for us was late night food because of flight timings - restaurant was open til midnight. Room was very comfortable, very large and clean. It felt safe and the reception staff were very helpful and efficient - we organised taxis, trips and received lots... More

Hotel only 5 minutes walk from main square and has tram and bus stops outside. Large comfortable room overlooking the linear park which surrounds the Old Town (formerly the moat). Hotel is long and thin so our room (103) is a long way from the maIn Reception. However the way is well signposted and we had no problem finding our... More

This is an excellent 3 star hotel (remember it's not 5 star!). My room was huge, clean, modern bathroom and a nice view over a small park. The breakfast was included & typically European: lots of cold meats, cheeses, breads, salad and a moderate selection of hot food like bacon, eggs and sausages. It is well positioned in the old...
