I have stayed here several times. A fantastic location Central for most of Krakows many attractions. The Hotel offers excellent value for money combined with kind helpful staff and nice clean rooms. This clearly has had a fantastic history and one feels this in the ambience of the hotel and surroundings. I would not hesitate to re comment to anyone.... More

There are two types of rooms - economy and deluxe. Make sure you get the deluxe! From the reviews of colleagues the economy rooms are not too pleasant, and many are overlooking the busy tram route. Even walking down those corridors there was a lingering bad smell. However, the deluxe rooms are huge, clean, and comfortable. They're nicely decorated in... More

Hotel rooms are good if you get the luxury ones at the back, otherwise forget it. Good location near the castle and next to the jewish quarter. Breakfast is dreadful...awful Overall ok especially for the location. Near a tram stop

Good value. Excellent service. Excellent location.Very nice breakfast. I'm coming back to stay in this Hotel. The room I stay in was very small it is also reflecting a price. I'm willing to pay more for upgraded room and stay in for the excellent location an Excellent service.

I stayed 3 nights in this old hotel with no doubt plenty of stories to tell of the good old days. This was evident from the subdued lighting on the stairs and the well season furniture in the single room, having said that the place won me over for the fact of its location, its excellent restaurant and the exceptionally... I will start with the positives. The breakfast is included in the rate and it was very good. There is something for everyone. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good with traditional Polish food with a good ambience as well (very reasonably priced - down right cheap). It is located across the street from the Wawel Castle and... More

My single room was tiny but perfectly adequate, with lots of storage space. Breakfast (included in the price) was excellent - good value for money. The restaurant is excellent too - traditional Polish food. There is no natural light in the stairwell, which consequently was rather gloomy. But all in all this is a hotel of character and charm. It... More

needed to change rooms immediately due to a very strong odor from the floor of the first room - second room was functional with the exception of the toilet which despite the intervention of the plumber on two occasions never worked properly - poor quality and torn bed linen - not even a decent pillow - room needed paint and... The location is great, and the restaurant is spectacular. It shows it's age in places but that is what you can expect from a place with"charm". Highly recommended. The restaurant alone is worth a visit. Very traditional Polish food

Coming to this hotel and looking out the windows you can see why everybody wanted to invade and take over this beautiful city! Me and all my family have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years and I would not stay anywhere else in krakow! We book and choose our rooms through a member of staff via... More
