A group of 17 of us have just returned from spending 4 nights at this hotel. Having emailed the hotel in advance of our stay, they not only reserved rooms for us, but arranged other things to for us in advance, eg, Airport Transfers; Trips to Auschvitz/ Birkenhau and another day The Salt Mines at Wieliczka for those who wanted... more

I stayed at the Hotel Pollera for 3 nights and was very happy. The rate was 40 USD/night including tax and Breakfast (their web site had a special for 3 nights for the price of 2 - 190 PLN). The room was small but clean with older furnishings and a comfy bed. The bathroom was nice and the shower was... more

The hotel is beautiful. Yes, the decor is a little tired but it adds to the charm, it is the oldest hotel in Krakow. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bathroom was small but the shower was hot and strong. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fine, you get what you expect for a continental buffet.... more

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff friendly and bedrooms very clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. Breakfast was an acceptable selection of cold foods. The location within Krakow was excellent, not noisy and only four minutes walk to the main square. Our friends had room 218 with a good view of the theatre. We stayed in room 220,... more

Really liked this hotel. The location is excellent. Our room was big with a lovely view of the Opera House and the little square beneath it. The decor and furniture is a bit faded but that seems to add to the overall impression somehow. Bathroom adequate size and very clean with fresh towels every day. Breakfast very good in a... more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in September 2008. I booked direct with the hotel and they arranged for a car to collect us from the airport. We arrived at 10:30am and our room was ready for us. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. They are very old style but that adds to... more

Hotel Pollera is in a great location, just steps away from Main Square. About a 5-10 minute walk away is the main bus and train stations. Across the street from the hotel is a famous theater in Krakow. Check in was quick. Our room was nice but the decor could use an uplift especially for the steep price we paid... more

For our first trip to Poland we booked the Pollera hoping for a bit of art nouveau decor and some old, if faded grandeur. The room was a good size and opened out onto an attractive side street, the bathroom nicely tiled with the all important decent shower, but unfortunately the hotel didn't really live up to the billing. The... more

The hotel is situated opposite the opera house just a short walk from the station and town square. It is one of the oldest hotels in Krakow and still has lots of original features such as the beautiful stained glass window on the large staircase. All the rooms have impressive white double doors, the first time you put the key... more

This hotel is in city centre. A brilliant location, 1 minute walk to the square where you will find alot of the tourist attractions. We stayed here before and did not hesitate in going back. Nice rooms, tidied daily, and bathrooms are spotless. I am fussy when it comes to hotels and cleanliness..I had NO grumbles with this hotel. It... more
