This is really the best option in Krahow, because it's a classic hoel and a really ancient building. You will feel the atmosphere of the old city. The staff is great and the location could not be better.

Lovely hotel, lots of atmosphere and loved the Art Deco feel, it had caracter. It was great being so close to everything as there were 8 of us, if some wanted to go back for a rest it was easy. Everything within 5mins walk. The staff were really friendly the whole time. When i did the original booking Ursella on... More

The Pollera Hotel is in Old Town Krakow-- THE place you want to be if you are on a trip to see Krakow. Having left Berlin on the bus to Krakow, we did not know where to stay. Luckily the bus has wifi and we booked our hotel room 3 hours before arrival on a smart phone (the last room... More

The hotel is some 150 years old. It is very well maintained and has tons of character. Only two rooms are air conditioned, I was told. This may be an issue on hot days. Our room had a huge bathroom with a tub and hand-held shower. Our friends' - a shower stall, no bath tub and a very large room... More

The same day I booked the room on the hotel website I was contacted by email by Ursala, who helped me arrange taxi transportation and our Auschwitz tour. I felt like I had my very own travel agent! The rooms were clean but did not have a hair dryer. They have these at the front desk but only had one... More

First impressions of the hotel from the outside are pretty much confirmed upon entering. Don't mean that in a negative way as the building is a nice one, located on a primary street in the Old Town. The location is superb, close to both the bus and train stations and a short stroll from the beautiful main square. I arrived... More

Last minute booking to escape from Zakopane and best move I've made for a long time. I have never had such a shining shower room. People whinging about being dated obviously prefer soulless chain hotels like Travelodge. 2 nights B & B only 2 minutes from the

The Hotel Pollera has been in the same ownership since the late 19 century with 40 plus years of state ownership in between . It shows a bit ! However it has a lot going for it especially its location : handy for the old town centre and the train station . It is clean and acceptable if a little... More

Everything was fine about this hotel until it came to checkout. We were sadly left with a bad taste in our mouths when we were told that due to a fault with the card machine we'd have to pay cash. The staff kept giggling at first leaving us unsure as to whether they were joking or not. Since we were... More

Stayed for 4 nights. In a good spot. I had no problems w noise from outside, but I had a room at the back. The problem I did have with noise, however, was when the staff started in the mornings - I could hear them all talking loudly and laughing from about 6.30am!!! Not very considerate of their guests.
