A large room but old fashioned if you are a fan of sterile modern rooms. Comfortable but very 1970's. I thought it had charm. It's a bit scruffy in places & tv is old style crt but I only use a hotel room to shower & sleep so no problem. Staff friendly & very helpful & will book all your... More

we stayed at the Hotel Pollera while on a stag do to Krakow. Its an old fashioned hotel in a great location just two minutes from the main square . check in was quick and the reception is open 24 hours. we had a triple room (101) with three single beds in each corner with a decent bathroom in the... Ours friends are working in Krakow and suggested a visit. They go for historical, old fashioned hotels. This is it. The history in the hotel could take me a year to write. Worth looking up. We have a Suite and it is vast. It is also one of the cheapest hotels I have stayed in in Europe. Okay so its... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here from 11th-15th Feb. It is so close to the main square! It took us about 2 minutes to walk there in the morning. We checked in and paid right away (a great price of around £160!), the staff were nice and friendly. Always said hello and goodbye when we were heading out it arriving... More

Although the location is truly amazing, just minute away from Market Square and Main Railway Station, also the history of the hotel can take your breath away, however those are not the only factors that make your stay great. Reviews here were rather good, even thought pictures showed something different. Never the less we've decided to book 2 nights and... More

Very close to old town. Floorboards creak in corridors, old-fashioned furniture, welcoming staff on reception all contribute to the old- fashioned feel and charm of the hotel. Was never bothered by noise, not even from the street on New Years Eve. Would gladly stay again. Bed a little small for my liking.

Pollera is a classic old hotel and we loved the grand staircase, the old furniture, carpets etc. The room was comfortable and we had no issues with hearing inside or outside noise but it may have been low occupancy at the time. The hotel is in a very central location, walking distance to many restaurants and the sites of Krakow.... More

I stayed at the Pollera twice in a week for a night either side of a trip to Jaroslaw. In the UK it would be called outdated. However I got the impression of a classic Polish hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful but not imposing or trying to sell tours. The stain glass... More

I've just got back from a weekend in Krakow with my Mum. The hotel is beautiful, I don't believe it's outdated, it's classic and Polish which I think is fab! A lovely grand staircase and yes old furniture but very fitting with the hotel theme. if you want new modern luxury don't book the Pollera! The location is perfect, walk... More

We stayed in the Pollera on our last visit to Krakow and loved it. The hotel was less than 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from the main square. The room was a great size, traditional furniture which was refreshing, huge double bed, decent sized bathroom. We were room 205 and the wifi worked perfectly on... More
