It is said to be the second oldest hotel in Krakow. That's we we chose this a year ago. When we returned this time, we found that little had changed. The charm is the same, so are the spacious rooms, even the old TVs and the time it takes to get hot water in the shower... The breakfast buffet is... More

We were there for 4 days at the Hotel Pollera just five mins from the square, the Hotel is lovely, one of the oldest in Krakow but I don't think it would suit the youngsters of today, the rooms were spacious and very clean really art nouveau in style I loved it, they don't have any tea or coffee facilities... We spent 5 nights here last Oct. The place is conveniently located -- in between the main square in Krakow old town, and the train station and bus stop. The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are also fairly good size and clean. Even though the furniture is dated and border-line shabby, the place has some old world charm.... More

Hotel Pollera is situated in Krakow Old Town, close to important tourist attractions and short walk to the main square, large shopping Mall (Galeria Krakowska) and train station. Its in an excellent location. Overall the hotel seems dated but still still charming and elegant, like some older hotels. Its still well kept and maintained. We had a large cosy room... More

I greatly enjoyed my three nights at the Pollera. It is perfectly situated - about halfway between the train station and the Rynek but squarely within the old city. I would not have wanted to stay in one of the hotels right by the station, and the Pollera combined that convenience with the charm of the old city. My room... More

We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. It is very central and close to everything (which means its a bit noisy during the nights at weekends). The breakfast is buffet with a good choice, the rooms are lovely and cosy and comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Hotel Pollera is situated in Krakow Old Town, close to important tourist attractions. Our room was large with very comfortable beds, and the included breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately the furnishings have aged over the years, and the interior felt very drab, with muddy landscape pictures on the walls. This feeling was accentuated by an oppressive Catholicism – crucifix over the... More

My experience with Hotel Pollera began around five years ago when I was visiting hotels for our English guests to our wedding to stay while stopping over in Kraków. First impressions count and the miserable greeting from the receptionist meant that we recommended all our wedding guests to stay at the much friendlier Hotel Elektor next door. Hotel Pollera is... Good price. Great location. Liked the Polish vintage feel. Room was good and clean and bathroom was large. Found it quiet. Staff was pleasant and helped me with trains to camps. Only issue was no Air Conditioning. Hard to sleep on a hot night. Didn't try the breakfast.

We had another other hotel in Krakow but then needed to extend our stay one night and couldn't do so at the other hotel so we booked this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and had plenty of room. Hotel is within walking distance to the main square the the train station is a short 10 min walk through a well... More
