My experience with Hotel Pollera began around five years ago when I was visiting hotels for our English guests to our wedding to stay while stopping over in Kraków. First impressions count and the miserable greeting from the receptionist meant that we recommended all our wedding guests to stay at the much friendlier Hotel Elektor next door. Hotel Pollera is... Good price. Great location. Liked the Polish vintage feel. Room was good and clean and bathroom was large. Found it quiet. Staff was pleasant and helped me with trains to camps. Only issue was no Air Conditioning. Hard to sleep on a hot night. Didn't try the breakfast.

We had another other hotel in Krakow but then needed to extend our stay one night and couldn't do so at the other hotel so we booked this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and had plenty of room. Hotel is within walking distance to the main square the the train station is a short 10 min walk through a well... More

The location of this hotel was great, near the town square and the Barbacon. The rooms were okay, and parking was a little challenging, but the staff was great the breakfasts were great, almost a brunch seven days a week! That being said, due to the location, breakfasts and staff I would return.

The Pollera Hotel is an fairly old hotel, dating back to 19 hundreds. The rooms are clean and comfortable but don´t expect too much space. The bathroom in particular barely allows to turn or bend. Aynway if you need to have a place to rest in the historical centre of Krakow for a modest price Pollera may be the right... More

We sayed here for three nights, and really we couldn't fault it, yes its chintzy and some would say a little old fashioned but to us it was wonderfully authentic and charming. Spotlessly clean, in a fantastic location, literally around the corner from the main square, we would not hesitate to revisit.

A large room but old fashioned if you are a fan of sterile modern rooms. Comfortable but very 1970's. I thought it had charm. It's a bit scruffy in places & tv is old style crt but I only use a hotel room to shower & sleep so no problem. Staff friendly & very helpful & will book all your... More

Its an old fashioned hotel in a great location just two minutes from the main square . check in was quick and the reception is open 24 hours. we had a triple room (101) with three single beds in each corner with a decent bathroom in the... Ours friends are working in Krakow and suggested a visit. They go for historical, old fashioned hotels. This is it. The history in the hotel could take me a year to write. Worth looking up. We have a Suite and it is vast. It is also one of the cheapest hotels I have stayed in in Europe. Okay so its... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here from 11th-15th Feb. It is so close to the main square! It took us about 2 minutes to walk there in the morning. We checked in and paid right away (a great price of around £160!), the staff were nice and friendly. Always said hello and goodbye when we were heading out it arriving... More
