Very comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast. We had a room at the back of the hotel, didn't hear the trams but more than likely to be disturbed with the dawn chorus of the birds singing! Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. One small criticism - towels could have been larger, certainly not bath towels.

Easter break in Krakow, this hotels location is amazing. Literally on the doorstep of Wavel, with the Jewish quarter and old town only short walks away. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Trams run out the front, which were audible, but still the location more than makes up for this. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
