The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to thye Main square. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We had a suite which was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect with it being just two blocks off of the main square. The staff are very accommodating and speak English. An adequate breakfast is served in the cellar dining room which is filled with period character. The room was clean but fairly basic and felt dated but not in a bad way. The wifi... More

I was traveling alone in krakow. I decided to stay in this hotel because it's 5 minutes away from the train station right on the first corner coming out of the station. It was extremely easy to find. Krakow is small and the main Plaza was 3 minutes away. Perfect for going to eat something and come back to the... More

Great location with very friendly staff! There are renovations in progress in the hotel but this did not affect our stay at all. Rooms are very clean, breakfast good with choice of buffet and cooked food on offer, served in a fabulous revamped cellar! A bit noisy in the early hours but this is to be expected with such a... Hotel being revamped !! Great location at an affordable price, will recommend this hotel. However the staff lacked knowledge of the mediate surroundings. If I do return will make use of the Electra again just watch out for pick pockets in the city

Authentic 90s feel, bath tub, great beds! The employees are super friendly and caring, you feel it in the small details. Great value for the cost, especially compared to the other "new" hotels around the old town (that over-charge for their ikea looks..)

Old world feel , absolutely lovely.Had a superior room and it didn't disappoint. Brilliantly situated but that comes with a price... every night until about 4 in the morning there was raucous laughter down in the streets and noisy delivery vans every morning ; not the hotel's fault I know, but something to bare in mind. Breakfast was ok, not... More

Loved the hotel, right on the big square, very comfortable, very historic, staff very helpful. You will get noisy people going down the street in the early hours but the bed is so comfy you drop off again. However this is Poland, so the breakfast is not great, and if two of you order an omelette (which is egg and... More

Stayed at this hotel in early September, 2013, and my stay was wonderful. The suite consisted of a very large sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. Included in the price of the room was a wonderful buffet breakfast in the morning. The location was ideal to the center of the city and easy walking distance to many of the sights. I... More

We loved Krakov, and the location of this hotel is perfect, close enough to the huge (and crowded with tourists) main square to be interesting, but just far enough away that you can sleep in peace. In the heart of old Krakov and a nice stroll to the surrounding green belt. Reception was fast, friendly and efficient - and they... More
