5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013 NEW

This hotel is ideally situated on a small cobbled street which runs between the castle and the town square. All the major tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. We slept well, undisturbed by traffic noise which can plague many city centre hotels. There was a delightful buffet breakfast with hot food cooked to order. Dinner in the hotel was... More

Long weekend in one of the loft rooms. Great room, huge bathroom with great large shower enclosure. Roof terrace is great offering spectacular view of the castle especially at night. We paid £85 per night for a double inc a full breakfast.

We booked this hotel through an online travel agency for a four night stay with friends and we could not have been more pleased. A lovely old building beautifully restored. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is within walking distance of all the sights but away from the hustle and late night bustling... More

Arrived home yesterday after spending 2 nights here. From our arrival, the staff were courteous and very attentive - even had my bag carried to my room! Not sure if that was just because I was the only female travelling with 3 blokes, but, it was very nice all the same! We stayed in room 302 on the 3rd floor... More

We stayed at the hotel last weekend and had a wonderful time. It was my fourth trip to Krakow and this was the best hotel I have stayed at, though it does come at a price as more expensive. The staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout the whole trip. We arrived with our 5.5 month old baby and it... More

As the title says, a fantastic night sleep albeit in an overpriced room. No shower, just a pull out shower hose on the bath and they claim to be 5 stars!?!? The swimming pool in the basement looks very cool BUT at one end just above the surface of the water is the metal-work for the walkway that's above. So... More

Dear Copernicus Friends, We are grateful for your opinion. It is first time we got complains about the structure of the swimming pool. Your comments are important for us and we would take it under careful consideration. Despite the swimming pool inconvenience we hope you had a pleasant time in Krakow. Best personal regards. Pricey but very cool hotel. Historic charm, cool downstairs mini swimming pool and sauna. Huge glass roof over center. Place was clean and everything worked. Don't miss the roof deck. Great location near Wawel palace and river. 5 min to main square.

The location is a bullseye, staff is friendly and attentive, breakfast is great, atmosphere is tremendous, pool is to die for. When we where in Krakow it was snowy but the pool and the sauna made you forget that outside was -5 celsius. I am eager to go again any day.
