Wonderful Staff Comfortable bed - excellent bathroom Very Good Buffet Breakfast Good restaurant with great prices Nice location - easy walk to the Old Town Square Close to bus and railroad (Krakow Glowny) terminals. There is noise from the road so get a back facing room if you can - but the noise is not so bothersome after the first... More

The room was like an oven,as was the reception sitting area..work started on my balcony area (hoist noise & lots of shouting) at 7am,,,,( and, on one day, 6.15am) One evening i could not find a table in the main restaurant, and was, after much debate, offered a table in the ,otherwise empty, downstairs restaurant, where i would have looked... The hotel is located just down the road from the train station and about a further 5-10min walk into the centre of Kraków. The hotel is quite old fashioned and could do with some modernisation. Upon arrival, the manager was friendly and helpful, giving us the wifi password and times for breakfast. Our room was on the third floor, as... More

I recently stayed here with my friend. We got great value for money. The breakfast was lovely and its in a great location. We were less than 5 min walk from old town and right beside a great shopping centre. The hotel is under refurbishment at the moment. We were on the 3rd floor which hasn't been made over yet.... It's location is its biggest plus - a short walk from the rail station and to the Old Town and its fabulous Square; but it is also a negative, being on a very busy road junction with a high frequency tram service running early to late and creating considerable noise and vibration. Our room at the back reduced the noise... More

A lovely historic building house a gem of a hotel. The service was impeccable and the food amazing. Service was classical and properly paced giving the impression of a welcoming room. The rooms are well appointed and contain all the amenities that you need.

Hotel Polonia is situated just right if you want to shop. It is just opposite the main shops so you can shop to your hearts content, then leave your shopping at the hotel and go tour the city. The train station is also just across if you want to take a tour. It is an old hotel but the rooms... More

Close to the main train station and just outside the walled city, Polonia is a very charming old world type hotel. Stayed a couple of doors down from reception, through a large wooden front door into a 1930's type stairwell to floor one and into a spacious renovated room. Very comfortable bed and very quiet. Breakfast is good and quite... More

This is a lovely hotel but it is in the middle of being refurbished. On arrival we were made to feel welcome. We were given a large twin room which had been refurbished. It was lovely. The only problem was that with the refurbishment going on it was very noisy. We had been up since 4 am leaving from Edinburgh... More

We stayed here three nights - good hotel with tram stops right outside the hotel and a big shopping center nearby. I am a light sleeper and wasn't really disturbed by the noise. Its an old hotel and is undergoing renovation. The hotel is minutes away from the old town square. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. We... More
