I picked this hotel for its location across from the main railway station (and the Galleria) and proximity to the old town. Built in 1917, it retains some of its old glory but the rooms are very basic with faded mismatched furniture and an interior that needs refinishing. The shower worked well though and the bed was comfortable. Because of... More

Stayed three nights here and found it ideal for a budget city break when you just need B&B. we read trip advisor before so fully aware of the positives and negatives. Perfect location, just next to the main train station and Galleria Krakowska and a short 5 minute walk to the main square. A bit dated but clean and spacious.... More

This was a good place to stay, in a great location (10 minute walk to the square) and with the best breakfast. I especially liked the crepes, but they had a huge variety of foods on offer. The building and furnishings are a quirky mix of old and new, all very clean and in good order. It is a comfortable... More

Husband and I stayed here for 6 nights on visit to Krakow. We loved our stay in room 62 on the top floor. It had a room overlooking the Planty with views to Old Town. We arrived about 2:30pm and were welcomed and checked into our room. Lots of tourism info in the lobby and staff are happy to provide... More

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. We loved it! It' sabot a 10 minute walk from train/bus station and adjoining Galleria Krakova. Also it's right across from a major tram and bus lines. Hotel is old world elegance with modern amenities like free wifi (that only requires one login), an on-site restaurant, flat screen tv, and an... More

We were booked into this hotel on our Intrepid Tour. Our room (Nr 4, almost ground level, facing street with a tram stop just across from the hotel) was spacious and comfortable. There were only two problems: - no air conditioning over the hot summer days we were in Krakow - dilemma of whether to open window to street noise... More

Spent two nights on this hotel in mid July. The hotel is old, but room was clean. No air conditioning, and impossible to keep the windows open during night because of noise from traffic, particularly the tram which went by every 5th minute or so. Ask for a room not facing the streets if possible. Breakfasts were good and staff... More

My wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel with a group of friends. The location is absolutely perfect. Basically you are across the street from a park that leads into the old town, near the bus and train station and just around the corner from the bus that takes you to the salt mines. Our room was very well... More

Arrived yesterday to my dismay...the room has no A/C and it is quite hot. So I asked for a fan....room still very hot, and was difficult to sleep. Other problem is the curtains do not block out the double set of extra bright street lights at night. Thank goodness the windows block the street noise (when closed) but are the... More
