y partner and I missed our return flight home. We arrived at hotel late at night straight from airport train and were given use of the reception office computer to rebook flights for next morning. We were able to buy a drink from the bar and the lady at reception and barman were extremely helpful. The hotel has been renovated... More

The hotel is right near the train station and close to the central tourist area of Krakow. The hotel lobby and the rooms are cozy. Breakfast was included. Staff spoke English and were very nice. Except for the first night where 70 German students were on the floor and were loud, I had a great stay. I would stay here... More

Booked on line, got a discount, communication superb-staff very helpful and friendly. This well based hotel was a delight for a 2 star, we are generally hard to please as we like 5 star treatment - so this was a gem of a find. The hotel had everything you could want, except a lift (not a problem even for 2... More

We arrived at the Hotel @ 11.00pm, following an E mail contact the Hotel sent their Taxi to pick us all up from the airport. Joeseph charged 100 Zolt, he was a very nice guy and always worked from the Hotel. We checked in to our superior rooms on the second floor, my god I have never seen rooms so... More

The city was full which is why we ended up in the Europejski. A room on a side street where we had the choice of stifling heat with the windows closed, or dreadful streetnoise with the windows open. The room decor is an orgy in bad 1940-ties taste, as is most of the rest of the hotel. The front desk... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here on our first trip to Krakow. The hotel is within easy reach of the main square, the railway station and a large shopping mall (The Galeria) is directly across the road. We stayed in a standard double room, which was a good size and very clean. The room was equiped with an ensuite bathroom,... More

Good location, close to the railway/bus station and within short walk from the old town. The hotel is old but the rooms are quite newly renovated. Corridors looks a bit worn out and there is no elevator. The hotel is easily accessible from Krakow Balice airport by regional train. I booked my stay via hotelsinpoland.org without problems.

We decided to stay at the Europejski as it was close to Glowny railway station and we were arriving after 10pm and leaving for Warsaw the following morning. We had dined in the hotel restaurant on a previous visit to Krakow and knew that the hotel provided good fare. Our check-in went smoothly. There isn't an elevator so we were... More

This hotel has character, nice rooms, great location, friendly staff. The buffet breakfast is not the greatest, but you can order hot dishes from the kitchen and it is included in the room rate. I've been there twice and would return again. The hotel needs only an elevator to make it perfect. Hard to beat the value in Krakow.
