Although I have reviewed Hotel Europejski, before; it just keeps getting better. I have stayed here 3 times, so far, in 2014. March, June and August. Between my June and August stay, the owners (Jacek Czepczyk and sister, Malgorzota) have included an elevator into this 1884 hotel. If handicapped travelers have had "concerns" about staying here, because of this....they NEED... More

Only had one last minute night here and the hotel was clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful The decor is interestingly old with some lovely paintings on display My room was front facing so was a little noisy from the outside street but that was to be expected Miffed that I could smoke in my room, although I am... I enjoyed my stay here. Good points... - Location is excellent. Just outside the old town, opposite the main rail station and Galeria Krakowska shopping mall. So 5 mins walk or so to the Stare Miesto or old town. - Hotel is pleasantly traditional, plenty of character. - Room and hotel in general were spotless. The only minor criticism I'd... More

We stayed here either side of a week at Zakopane. The hotel is very convenient for main bus and train stations, and very close to the Old Town. The Hotel has an old fashioned feel, but with all modern requirements e.g. free Wifi. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Only downside was a lot of noise during the night from the... More

We've got a bottle of champagne and desert following our holiday)). The personal was at height. Old style hotel. Close to the city center, good breakfast. Recommended for everybody. The bad is good but narrow.

I've stayed here twice. On both occasions the staff have been excellent. It is clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the main square. It is across the road from a massive shopping mall and the main railway station. The hotel is 130 years old, so don't expect polished stainless steel and shiny tiled floors. It is traditionally Polish... More

Stayed here in February for a week, the hotel decor was so different! All the bedrooms were uniquely decorated, very nice touch. Staff very friendly and helpful when we were trying to arrange tourist activities, and in such a central location! Definitely will be back. Very very memorable visit :)

Initially our stay at this hotel was great. The hotel is walking distance from the old town centre, has a large shopping arcade, Krakowska, just opposite the square in front of the hotel, has good breakfast, is clean and has helpful personnel. However, do not stay at the hotel on Saturday night! On Saturday night, there was a party in... More

Spent five nights here on fantastic city break. The room (217) was large and had two very comfortable double beds (none of those dreadful plastic undersheets either). Also had a quaint sofa and two armchairs. The flat screen TV only had one English language programme - being the French news channel in English but we were not here to watch... More
