If you like a bit of class, different from the boring sameness of the international hotels, this is the place. Let those who find it dated stay somewhere else. Every part seems to have style to burn. Rooms are good, with reasonable space. Dinner was excellent too. Recommended.

This hotel is very central its also very clean but the decor is very outdated felt like I had walked into my grandmother's and I'm a senior could not recommend the food as it wasn't to my taste but however I did get enough to satisfy me

Great hotel with a fabulous location, close to main square and shopping centre, hotel old fashioned but i found this added to the charm, rooms were very clean, stayed in superior double with sitting area, breakfast was OK good selection of continental option with the added offer of cooked eggs

The front desk staff were very friendly, however english language wasn't great. The wifi was very good in the room.. which is something I need whilst travelling. The decor was dated, i wouldn't even call it traditional... it looked like an OAP home, with full backed chairs and floral patterns. The bedroom looked like my grannies house.. the beds were... I stay at the Europejski Hotel every time I'm in Krakow. The rooms, service and breakfast are all great. Also, the location is ideal -- close to the train station, shopping mall and main square. And now the hotel has an elevator. It's a perfect place to stay.

Located at the front of Krakow central railway station and big shopping mall. Famous square for local and tourist are walking distance less than 10 minutes. The hotel is very historical constructed more than 100 years ago, but being well- maintained and classical. Tariff is reasonable and good value for your money.

We stayed here during the Christmas market. Warm and nice room when it was a bit cold outside. Good breakfast and a fast WIFI. The hotel is close to Galleria Krakowska and trainstation. The Old Town with the Rynek is 5-10 minute walk away.

This is a good, comfortable hotel within a 10 minute walk of the Old Town and across the road from a large shopping mall. The Hotel is quite old style but this is not a criticism. There is free access to the internet, the breakfast is as good, if not better, than most hotels I have been. The style of... More

This boutique hotel is located within walking distance of the bus station, the train station and Old Town. We walked home late at night to the hotel and found the walk to be pleasant. Our room had a sitting area, a bedroom area, and a bath. We had a room right on the stairs and by the elevator. We feared... More

Staff could not have been better. Hotel is quiet and very clean. Breakfast included and was excellent! The best breakfast I've had in any hotel by far. The room with three twin beds was small but well equipped. Window overlooked back of the little garden restruant. Close to a large mall and train station and old town. Loved everything about...
