This hotel is situated in the heart of the old city and within a short walk from the beautiful Vistula River. The surrounding area is crammed with restaurants, bars and galleries which gives it loads of character. All the main tourist attractions are within an easy walk. The hotel is neat and clean and offers very good value for money.... More

Nice hotel in Krakow's Jewish district with lots of good restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. Staff was polite and spoke good understandable English. Rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. Breakfast was good and delivered nice variety (Different cheeses, hams, vegetables, bread, fruits, eggs, coffee, etc.) Price was excellent!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed there. Always very clean. Breakfast is served in the cellar which looks quite unusal. Breakfasts were always filling - all you can eat continental style. It didnt have a restaurant which was fine. Its about half an hr walk to main square (1.5 miles). The area doesnt look great but it is... More

Hotel clean and tidy but a little dated. We stayed in room 202 which was a triple but faced a bar on the other side of the road which didn't close till 2 am. We stayed 14-18 July so HOT! We arrived back to the room one evening to find the staff had left a desk fan in the room... More

The location of Regent hotel is really good - in the heart of Kazimierz with lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. There's only one negative side of this location: it takes some time to get to any of the airport bus stops as the bus leaves from the "wrong" side of the main railway station and goes to the... More

I stayed at the Regent in June as one of three hotels used on a trip to Poland. I have also previously stayed in hotels in Krakow. This was the only hotel that used Dynamic Currency Conversion which means that you will almost always end up paying more for your room charge! The scenario went like this: as there were... More

Hotel was in a great location, rooms were fine, basic but clean and triples were roomy enough. Breakfast was a bit poor though, it was continental but no pastries or much of a choice of anything. We tended to just have coffee and then go elsewhere to eat. However, for the price we paid, we were all happy enough.

4 night stay in May 2014: This hotel is located in the Jewish District (called Kazimierz) of Krakow surrounded by a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also very convenient to the Krakow bus/tram system to access different parts of the city such as the Old town or Wawel castle. While there were some drawbacks to the hotel... More

Great cleaned room, bathroom immaculate and front desk staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast staff polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel in a convenient location central to everything in the upcoming Kazmierz district but close to Old City also. Everywhere was easy to get to and the variety of restaurants and bars close by was great. One... More
