Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights this January. The hotel is perfect for a city break in Kraków. It's about a 15-20 minute walk into the main square but we loved this walk as it was along the scenic river with Wawel castle ahead of you. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel though if... It has taken me a while to get around to writing this review stayed her for long weekend with my good friend Fiona. Room on road side but still had excellent sleep no problem with noise. The staff in this hotel are first rate. The Vanilla Spa is first rate but remember to book if you are keen to use... More

I spent several nights here during my business trips and it was always a pleasure to relax here after a busy and tiring day. The restaurant has a beautiful view to the river and a nice balcony you can sit out during the breakfast. The buffet type breakfast has good local food too, different cheeses. The rooms are big, with... More

We did not plan to stay at this hotel while in Krakow but the large chain hotel that we were supposed to be in was overbooked. Our tour guide suggested this hotel and we loved it. It is away from the high traffic area inthe Salwator district and right on the Vistula river. There is a long river walk to... More

Stayed here on long weekender city tour. Reasonably priced, clean, modern-looking, situated roughly 2.5-3km from the castle. Walking in to town the first day took 40 or so minutes along the river which was nice enough but wouldn't recommend walking in if you plan to do lots of sightseeing! Thankfully there is a tram stop just behind the hotel and... More

I was a guest invited by Ministry of tourism. I did not expect that wonderful view from the restaurant. Very nice, romantic and well designed. Breakfast buffet was perfectly selected and rich. I loved it. The only problem was the nice waitresses who smiled and did their best, but were not able (With few exceptions) to speak English.

Very clean and nice hotel. Professional and helpful staff. Safe parking in the basement, a bit tight if you got a large car. Location is walking distance from the city centre and the old town, about 20 minutes. Quiet area next to the canal. 24h liquer store and a gourmet grocery store open across the street. We got a room... More

I've spent one night in this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful room, great selection for breakfast and a 15 min walk to the centre of Krakow following the path along the river. You also get amazing views from the Vanilla sky restaurant on the third floor.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous food and very friendly staff. Nothing was too big a task for them. The dinners were beautifully presented, and there was a huge variety on display for breakfast every morning.
