Very nice hotel, located 15 minutes walk from the old city. Friendly staff of the hotel, calm atmosphere, quite good breakfast. Very tidy rooms and bathroom. Really can't find a bad thing about the hotel. Just needed some more pillows and a big blanket to make it totally perfect.

This is probably a 3 star hotel, reasonably priced, located a bit out of the center on the river but within a 15- 20 minute walk to the castle. It has a clean modern atmosphere and seems to be well-run. I liked the restaurant on the 3rd floor for its lovely balconies with views of the river where you can... More

Everything was fantastic the staff did what they could to make you feel welcomed. Not only is it child friendly it's pet friendly as well. A couple had their 2 German Shepherd's staying with them, that definitely is 5 star service. I treated myself to a 90 min massage which was amazing. The main square is definitely a place to... More

Only reason I have given this 4* was because of check in, although it was a positive outcome! It was more directly lowcostholidays error! The receptionist was very quick to sort out the error and gave us our key cards! The entrance was very flash, including hallways and our room was very well designed and it was very comfortable. We... I found this hotel to be perfect for my four night stay in the beautiful city of Krakow. Although I found a few (very minor) things that were wrong with the hotel (soap dispenser not working or room safe has run out of batteries), the level of service offered to rectify these issues was second to none. The hotel is... More

In the husting street of Krawkow, you will find the Niebieski Art Hotel & Spa! This boutique hotel is located in the center of the street where you turn twice to check out the facade of the building structure, which is not too tall, but is unique to Krakow. People here are quiet but very friendly. The rooms are cozy,... More

The hospitality is par excellence. All services are exceptional . All throughout our stay we were treated as royalty. The breakfast was superb . All the dishes were fresh with excellent taste and they served all kinds of beverages. The ginger bells were really delicious. Thanks Niebieski for making Krakow a delight.

Enjoyed a week stay here last year. Room was a bit small but nicely furnished and very clean and tidy. The location was just off the river and we had a room with nice views overlooking it. It was a short tram ride into the city centre or a 20 minute walk along the riverbank. Overall we enjoyed our stay... More

Just back from a few days in Krakow where we stayed at the Niebieski Hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff courteous, effiecient and friendly. A varied selection for breakfast, scramled eggs the best ever! The Spa was wonderful, however due to a party booking we were unable to use the Spa on the day we wanted however... More
