We did not plan to stay at this hotel while in Krakow but the large chain hotel that we were supposed to be in was overbooked. Our tour guide suggested this hotel and we loved it. It is away from the high traffic area inthe Salwator district and right on the Vistula river. There is a long river walk to... More

Stayed here on long weekender city tour. Reasonably priced, clean, modern-looking, situated roughly 2.5-3km from the castle. Walking in to town the first day took 40 or so minutes along the river which was nice enough but wouldn't recommend walking in if you plan to do lots of sightseeing! Thankfully there is a tram stop just behind the hotel and... More

I was a guest invited by Ministry of tourism. I did not expect that wonderful view from the restaurant. Very nice, romantic and well designed. Breakfast buffet was perfectly selected and rich. I loved it. The only problem was the nice waitresses who smiled and did their best, but were not able (With few exceptions) to speak English.

Very clean and nice hotel. Professional and helpful staff. Safe parking in the basement, a bit tight if you got a large car. Location is walking distance from the city centre and the old town, about 20 minutes. Quiet area next to the canal. 24h liquer store and a gourmet grocery store open across the street. We got a room... More

Comfortable and personal. The rooms are bright and spacious. My room had a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was outstanding. I sat on the balcony with beautiful geranium and river view, The staff is very helpful and thoughtful. Short.walk to old town,

I've spent one night in this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful room, great selection for breakfast and a 15 min walk to the centre of Krakow following the path along the river. You also get amazing views from the Vanilla sky restaurant on the third floor.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous food and very friendly staff. Nothing was too big a task for them. The dinners were beautifully presented, and there was a huge variety on display for breakfast every morning.

This hotel was amazing from the second we got there, to the second we left. Our room was lovely, the bathroom wasn't hugely spacious but more than adequate with good lighting and roomy shower. The breakfasts had plenty of choice good selection of drinks, cereals, breads, nuts, fruit and cooked. The location was perfect few minutes out so there was... More

Hotel Niebieski is the most fantastic place ever! When we first saw it we fell in love with it completely. We have organised our wedding party in Niebieski's restaurant Vanilla Sky in Sept 2014. We live abroad so everything was set up by e-mail communication. Staff was very accommodating and always very professional. We had a wonderful day and without... More
