This is an old hotel and original flooring dating back hundreds of years, very tall tall ceilings. We had a corner room with windows on both sides of the streets, you can look out and people watch. It's very close to Wawel, historilcal center, near to railway and bus station. Very peace and quite hotel. Rooms are very clean, beds extremly comfortable. Stuff was very helpful. You can get hair dryer, extra blankets in reception. In the hotel is also an internet. Breakfast was very tasty. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay - Good Food, Breakfast very good. Helpful Staff and Friendly ,Very Clean Rooms, Big and good bath facilities. Good beds. We recently stayed here for one night and it was very clean with polite staff. only a few minutes walk to the main quare. Very good buffet breakfast with Polish and English food. we would stay here again.

I stayed here with my wife recently for 3 nights and we were very happy with the hotel. It is only a 5 minute walk form the main old square in Krakow, the room was nice - breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
