Despite the excellent location, I would never stay here again. Ghastly 'FIDDLER' music played all day, tiny rooms, free- Wi-Fi but it rarely worked, puny breakfasts, surly staff apart from very nice Reception. The nearby Israeli restaurant at the other end of the square is very good.

stayed here in nov 2012 lovely qyaint hotel ina beautiful square approx 20 mins walk to kakow centre. Only stayed bed and breakfast but could not complain about anything,staff very polite and helpful,they managed to get us a taxi driver for the whole day to take us to auswitz and the salt mines at very reasonable cost.would stay here again...
