I stayed here for a few nights with my mother. The main purpose of the trip was sight seeing and relaxation. If you are looking for something similar I would highly recommend the four star hotel ester. It's right in the heart of the Jewish quarter which itself is filled with charm. From a safety point of view the square... More

Hotel Ester is in the main street of Kazimiers quarter. It,s a Jewish style hotel, with lots of Jewish dishes on the menu. It's a cosy quarter with lots of little shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and there were coffe and teamaking facilities. I had a room with a terrace. Breakfast... More

Clean hotel located in the old Jewish Quarter. Bathroom is pretty small but cleanliness makes up for it. Near major bus/tram lines to Market Square. Yes, there are singers outside the hotel singing but they finish by 10 PM each night. MANY area restaurants. They tend to be very pricey near the hotel. Market Square has hundreds of reasonably priced... More

My wife and I spent 5 days here. The room was a good size for two people. A/C worked great, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive. They have a fine restaurant with a large breakfast buffet. In the evening you can have dinner outside complete with live music. I would recommend the Ester to anyone... More

I was a bit surprised when I reached our room since we did book a 4 star hotel. It has no real lobby, the rooms are small and very uncomfortable and I think the bathroom can be a danger to all with the very high bathtub which one has to use everyday since the shower is inside. Just getting in... More

An amazing hotel located in the hart od Jewish District. Nice staff, very good kitchen, nice live music - evenings. Room was larg, very clean and nice. A huge bathroom is an extra point. Breakfast - regular continental breakfast. Good!

I stayed in room 42, which was large and attractive, but it was up under the gables, so the ceiling was low in places. It was very quaint, but you had to watch your head getting out of bed! The hotel is old, but all the rooms are updated. They had all the conveniences: flat screen TV, free wifi, and... More

The hotel was o.k. but one would expected more from a 4-star hotel in such a location. Service was very friendly, but the bathroom was not perfectly clean and meat offered by breakfast was dissapointing (dry-probably old and tasteless). Simply the price did not reflect the quality.

We have recently returned from a trip to Krakow, primarily to visit Auschwitz. The hotel we originally wanted to stay in was not available with our travel agent, so they suggested Hotel Ester. We were not disappointed. The hotel is situated in the Jewish quarter. It is a very good location and as we are keen walkers, we could walk... More

I stayed at this hotel four years ago and enjoyed it so much I returned this time with husband and several friends. We were not disappointed. It is in a delightful part of Krakow ie Kazimierz, the Jewish quarter. Hotel Ester is in a pretty square with loads of restaurants and bars and only a ten minute walk to the... More
