Stayed at Hotel Ester for 4 days in April with family. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room and a lovely breakfast every day. We enjoyed sitting in the sunny outside cafe - its a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Ideal location in the Jewish district - fascinating neighbourhood with quirky shops, cafes and lots... More

Super friendly and polite staff! Loved the breakfast! All that being down with a flu and high fever... was miserable for a couple of days but still kept the best memories of this hotel. A special thank you to Dominika at the front desk who really took care of me calling up a doctor and helping out to find a... More

We came on a very last-minute shirt break after a previously organised holiday fell through, and we're delighted to have wound up here. It's a great place for a couples break, as the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great bathrooms, and the neighbourhood has many lovely restaurants really on the doorstep. Friendly pleasant staff.

Our stay at the Ester Hotel was a very enjoyable one. The staff were extremely friendly & very helpful you couldn't wish for nicer people. It was very clean, we stayed in room 27 with a great view of the square. Unfortunately l caught my legs on the bed end l have some lovely bruises that is the only negative... More

Thank you for your feedback. You're right about the furniture. I'm hoping that the bruises are not the only souvenirs of your stay ;-) We cordially invite you again. More

Stayed here in March for 3 nights. Good Hotel in a great location in old jewish quarter. Lots or bars and restaurants nearby although the area didn't seem very busy for the time of year? Anyway - Hotel rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. Great Shower - not so great hairdryer. Bottled water in room every day. Breakfast... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night in March as part of a 17-day European business trip. I actually booked a different hotel (but unfortunately for the wrong nights!), and the Hotel Ester was kind enough to accommodate us on very short notice. We stayed in what I think was a standard room on the 4th floor. The... More

This hotel was very good value for money, The staff were friendly, the rooms spacious and clean and it's only a 15 minute walk to the main square. Located in the heart of the Jewish Quarter; there is history on the doorstep. The shower was great (even if water did get on the floor) and the water always warm. I... More

Arrived late on a Monday night and was met with a warm smile and quick check in. We stayed in room 11 on the first floor and found it to be very good. It was spotless, the twin beds were comfy and the aircon worked a treat. There was a good sized wardrode , fridge/mini bar and flat screen TV.... More

Really well decorated hotel, very convenient location & helpful staff. We did not dine in the restaurant as we already have our favorite places to eat on Kazimierz. We stayed just for 2 nights but and we wished we booked longer stay, will be back on our next trip to krakow.
