Stayed for only 1 night in mid June.We arrived little bit before the official check-in hoping we could get our rooms earlier but had to wait. The staff helped us with driving to the nearby parking which was great as some of the little streets in Old Town can be only one way. Our rooms were quite spacious (especially 210),... More

Stayed at this hotel from the 16th to 19th June 2015. The majority of staff were great we did have one problem with staff but after a meeting with the Manager and assistant Manager this was soon sorted out to our liking. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice.

A grand old hotel - one of a kind - not a chain. Everything you could want-charm, comfort, value and excellent location. Staff very helpful and accommodating. There's a lovely sunlit restaurant where breakfast is served, and the menu included made to order hot items. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, especially the baths. Restaurants and services all around... More

Nice old world charm and taken well care of. Top notch staff and very accommodating. Good breakfast with a very nice breakfast room. Hotel's location was just inside the wall. Grocery stores, around both the corners. most things you want to see are 5 to 15 minute walks. oversize rooms. just a great bang for the buck...

We stayed in an apartment at Hotel Francuski for 4 days in May. We highly recommend this hotel. It is beautiful, comfortable, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant was good and very reasonably priced. The old world charm of this hotel was so peaceful and inviting. We extended our stay because it was so very nice.

The service at the hotel was really good and we honestly don't have any complaints. The shower was really good, the bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was within walking distance or a short public transport trip. We did not visit the restaurant but it was highly recommended by a local.
