We are a twenty something couple and stayed here in January. We had a high floor room with ceiling windows. Breakfast at the hotel is plentiful with a great deal of choice available. The only downside is that the staff are sometimes a little slow. We ate and filled up from the breakfast buffet and then the staff brought the... More

Stayed here in march this year with my husband and our friends. Weather was warm and sunny! Picked up from airport by hotel merc. We had a huge room overlooking the road which had plenty room to spread out and was very tastefully decorated. Bathroom enormous with a huge walk-in power shower. Our friends were on the top floor at... More

Stayed here in June on a B&B basis. One of the loveliest hotels I have stayed in. The whole hotel throughout is gorgeous and staff are lovely and so helpful. A nice distance from the main square so it's peaceful but within a nice walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I arrived on 7/9 for a 5 night trip with my daughter and parents. Flew with easy jet, and had private transfer which was waiting for us, journey into hotel approx 30 mins. My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights from 7th September 2014. From the beginning, nothing was too much trouble for the staff here, from booking a car to pick us up and return us to the airport, to a car taking us to Auschwitz for our guided tour. They were all pleasant, helpful and friendly. One of my... More

We stayed at this hotel in September 2014 as a part of our honeymoon. Hotel is fantastic-clean, rooms very good size, private, very nice staff, quick service. Food in the restaurant is amazing-great value. Everybody speak English and are very helpful. We would recommend it for long and short stay to anyone who would like to relax and experiance high... We visited Krakow over the Bank Holiday Weekend. We stayed at the Queen Boutique Hotel and we could not have picked a better location. We were at the centre of pretty much everything, nothing more than a 10 walk from attractions. The hotel itself looked great, very up to date, clean and staff were helpful. We didn't have an evening... More

Beautiful hotel, great location for base while visiting Krakow. Rooms were stunning as was the view. Restaurant located in basement is also just as good as the rest of the hotel. All staff were excellent and more than helpful. Also have shuttle bus for airport runs.
