Travelled with partner and another couple. Our rooms were on different levels which was unfortunate but not a real issue. Ordered transfer to the hotel from the airport through the hotel which was a great service and a very reasonable price. We arrived early and the hotel kept our bags until our room was ready at 2pm, which allowed us... More

We arrived very early but were able to check in immediately. Reception was warm and friendly. Room was outstanding, exceptionally clean, comfy bed and well stocked reasonably priced minibar. We ate in the Restaurant with my son and his partner one evening and the food and service were outstanding. Short walk form the bars of the Jewish Quarter although lovely... More

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights on a city break to Krakow. We arrived early in the morning and were greeted with a smile and informed our room would be ready shortly. We were offered either to leave our luggage or to have a coffee and wait. What good service. All the staff we met were friendly... More

We also stayed 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. Lovely clean, modern hotel with the most polite and friendly staff. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We had a beautiful room with balcony at the back with a view of the castle. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice and perfect to set you up for a days sightseeing. I... More

We have just returned from a long weekend in Krakow and had a wonderful stay at the Queens. We like boutique hotels and this one did not disappoint. The rooms are large and very nicely finished, everything felt like quality. The mini bar prices were a revelation! Like many we steer well clear of the silly overpriced drinks and snacks... More

We stayed for three nights and loved it. The hotel is well placed for both the old town, castle and the Jewish area of Kazimierz, all of which are 10/15 minutes walk away. The staff are excellent especially when keeping us up-to-date with a lack of water due to some work being carried out that was beyond their control. Breakfast... More

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very nice. Large double room with a modern and comfortable bathroom. The staff rose from their chairs everytime we passed the reception. My girlfriend even lost one of her earrings, but when we came back from a walk in the city, the earring layed paired with the other... More

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel last week. Arrived early but were told our room would be ready in an hour, just time to visit the castle! Great location, everything is within walking distance. Breakfast had something for everyone including Cava! Staff were excellent, informative and helpful, even to the point of providing superglue to mend glasses. We had already arranged... More
