Considering this is a budget Hotel it is exceptionally clean, breakfast which was very cheap was of a very high standard. Rooms are well furnished, air conditioning/heating. Well stocked bathrooms, mini-bar very good prices, free safe in the bedroom. Very modern. Free tea and coffee. Free wi-fi. Everything we asked of the staff, e.g. hire of a wheelchair, was carried... Situated 10mins walk from the Main Sq, restaurants and bars. It's small but nicely decorated. The rooms are quite simple but provide a good base to go sightseeing from etc. TV & DVD player, minibar that isn't massively overpriced, safe, air con, comfortable bed and most importantly the rooms are nice and clean. Staff did everything we asked of them... More

We have just returned from a three day stay and to be honest it was not as good as we expected from reading the reviews. Whilst the staff are friendly and helpful on a few occasions they gave us wrong information and when we pointed it out, they were vaguely 'sorry'. When we arrived on Tuesday the safe was broken... Visited Krakow with friends for three days and stayed at the bijou Pergamin. The three of us shared a room so there wasn't a lot of space but it was adequate. It was a lovely high ceilinged room with wooden floors and exposed beams. Tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries and towels replaced daily. The beds were not too comfortable... More

I travelled here with my 23 year son for a city break. Used airport taxis cost 89 zloty. hotel located approx 5 min walk from Old Krakow square, but central enough for trams and buses. Staff are excellent. Nothing too much bother, their English superb. Rooms faultless. Clean bedding and towels daily. We had a twin room, had kettle with... More

Although only in Krakow for 3 days from the moment we arrived to the second we departed we were treated couteously by the staff at all times. The hotel room we were in was small but ample and totally spotless . breakfast was continental , yoghurts , fresh fruit etc etc , but also there was bacon /polish sausage (which... More

This is a good, clean, comfortable hotel, that is close to the main square, and not too far from the train station. The desk staff are polite and helpful, and will help with organising of tours etc. The rooms themselves are fairly spacious, with good size clean bathrooms, and showers that actually have decent pressure! Rooms come with free tea... More
