United Kingdom A true home in Krakow! Fabulous apartment in the city centre, 2min walk from the main square (Rynek), still very quiet! I slept with the window open and there was no noise at all from the street! the location was amazing. Unlike most hotels in Krakow, this apartment was big and spacious, with a proper living room area.... More

Excellent value, good location and the kitchen has all the tools you need. It may be one of the best values in Krakow. The room has a couch, real double bed and the bathroom has a bath tud. The studio apartment would be great if you are traveling with kids.

We stayed at Wera for 5 days for new year. If youvwant to stay at a real Polish house, it is the ideal place. The owner, Zophia is the most welcoming person, very friendly with a smiling face. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the heart of everything, very clean, had basic kitchen items to eat in the room.... More

It is an ideal place to stay for a reasonable price at the heart of Old Town in Cracow, both recommended for a family and backpackers. There is a fridge and a washing machine, quite useful for a long stay in the city. We, 2 adults and 2 kids, felt quite at home. There are also rooms for 1, 2,... More

I stayed at Vera apartments a few days this August and it was perfect! The location is amazing: right in the Old Town, 2 minutes walk from the Rynek (main town square), yet very quiet and peaceful! There was no noise at night and I slept with the window open, which gave on an internal courtyard with trees. The apartment... More

We were met by a lovely lady called Zophia. The apartment is very secluded, literally minutes walk from town square. It has every modern convenience you could wish for. The balcony was an added bonus. We discovered the Galeria shopping centre on our last day. Again only a short walk. The bus and train to the airport depart from here.... More

We stayed at this apartment for four nights and found it very comfortable. The location is just awesome, less than 5 minute walk to the square. The room was clean and very quiet, with a balcony to a nice courtyard. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a washing machine. The owner was quite... More

We stayed at Wera for 4 nights, and we had a very good experience. Zophia (the owner) was waiting for us at the train station and took us to the appartment by taxi (which she paid for btw!). The studio is centrally located in a quiet street of the old town. The studio has all amenities you need and more.... More

The owner is a very welcoming and friendly lady, going the extra mile to accommodate you. Although not the most comfortable place to stay - my room had a sofabed - this was more than compensated for by the price, central location, and warm welcome.

I totally agree with the other negative rating on Trip Advisor. Wera made such a bad impression on us that we moved to a different place after one night. I felt bad because I told my American boyfriend about Polish hospitality and Wera was the most inhospitable place I've ever seen with zero privacy and awful customer service i.e. we... More
