My friend and me found this hotel with a discounted price and decided to book it. What I liked is free parking for guests. Room was clean and nice. Internet (we needed it for a while) was free and fast. Hotel is situated next to the 3 line road but there was no noise disturbing us. From hotel to the... More

If you don't want to have to get a taxi into town then this hotel is not for you as its a taxi ride into town. We were fortunate in having a good idea of what the cab fare should be. On one occasion six of us got a cab that cost us 50pln and on another occasion it cost... More

If you're looking for a hotel in Krakow, this is NOT the place unless you want to keep paying for taxis back and forth into the city, which is irritating. Krakow is a great place for walking around, and so staying somewhere this far away is NOT the way to see the city. The only thing to see from this... More

It's hard for me to review as we took quardaple room witch seemed to be made out of luxury room (it's may be hard to sell them in this location) and our experience might be better than average visitor. Room was well furnished, both shower and bath available. Cleanliness and etc. was ok, breakfast - with a big variety to... More

Last week in Krakow was 24 degrees-hot and sultry. After arriving in this hotel, our group found no air conditioning. The room was not merely uncomfortable, it was stifling,The young girl at the desk, who was very nice and accommodating( this was not her fault) told us that she was told it would take a few days to repair, and that... Spent two nights at this hotel. The hotel is situated near a busy main road next to a fuel station and across from a big shopping park. The room was a twin wi Hitch was large with built in shower. Complimentary tea, coffee and water in the room. Wifi is available but on the 3rd floor it's non existent. Evening... More

Small stiffy room, not working ac impossible to fix due to the holiday dates! Loud area. Decent as for a 3* spot. Breakfasts ok. Bed linen terribly unbreathable, towels... underground parking 35pln per day. Poor extra bathroom stuff.

Despite this hotel's proclamation that it is suitable for tourist stays, it isn't. It is according to the taxi drivers 5 kms into town and 7kms back! Krakow Taxi fare rates vary and are not controlled but you can see on each taxi the basic fares for a journey. And then you haggle! About 20PLN is what it should cost... More

I stayed at Conrad Hotel only one night and the best was the hour that I spent in the jacuzzi! We didn't pay a lot for this extra and it was really nice! Besides, the room was clean and ready! The bad thing was that the hotel is located in a kind of industrial street and there weren't good restaurants... More

Spent one night at this hotel as the result of an overbooking at the Best Western Premier Hotel 900 metres away. The room was well decorated and clean. There are 2 lifts. I found this hotel rated as a 4 star, I think this a bit pretentious. Breakfast was ok as was the service. It is a fair bit from... More
