We stayed at Hotel Unicus 2 nights in July 2015 and the Hotel is very comfortable and quite new/renovated. Staff is nice and helpful. Location within Krakow is perfect in the old town; 3 min walk to main place Rynek Glowny - 10 min walk to bus train station ( we did excursion to Oswiecim to visit Auschwitz camp, approx... More

We stayed here for one night in June and had no complaints, it was right in the centre of town within walking distance of everywhere. Service was good, on check in we were given maps and booklets and tour information (not pushy) without asking. Rooms were good with comfy bed. Didn't have breakfast

We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of July. The hotel is clean and modern. Our twin room was spacious, with tea making facilities and a mini bar that wasn't too dear. Beds were comfy. Pillows are feathers. Shower was powerful. Underfloor heating in en suite. We were on third floor so very quiet. 5 minutes walk takes you to... More

Located within the center of the old town area of Krakow, one-half block off the main drag going two blocks to the town square, this is a beauty of a hotel. My room was larger than I expected for a European hotel. Bathroom and all elements of the room seemed recently updated. Elevator and stairs. Bar and restaurant in the... More

Excellent location, near main square. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and sites. Plenty of taxis at the ready for other adventures. The cellar restaurant is amazing. The breakfast buffet is very adequate. Rooms well appointed, very clean. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in the old town, and a short block walk to the square. The hotel staff seems to be a little off in their service. We checked in and the bell boy got our stuff in the room and disappeared, luckily we knew to put in our room key to put on the lights. We ate breakfast ,and another customer told... More

The biggest asset of this hotel is the central location in the old town of Krakow, just a few steps away from the impressive Main Square and with easy access to all main sightseeing points in the city. The hotel is smoke free and in itself quite OK, but lacks the charm and personality that makes it a place you... More

Our check in was ok but of the 4 hotels we have stayed in this trip, the least friendly. I felt like I was applying for a job rather than checking into a hotel. The room was nice although the bed was quite small in our view The hotel was in a great location , we thought the breakfast was... More

This hotel was the icing on the cake in a beautiful city full of delightful people. The reception staff were extremely helpful, knowledgable and efficient. The rooms are well appointed and the bathrooms stylish and well equipped. We loved the underfloor heating. The beds are very comfortable with good quality pillows and sheets. The location could not be better especially... More

A perfect place to stay in Krakow - a couple of minutes walk from the main square, quiet location, good sized and well equipped rooms, an amazing breakfast buffet and free WiFi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
