Stayed here in April 15, This hotel is good value for money. Its in a quiet residential area. About a ten minute walk from the main square. Staff are helpful. We booked Auschwitz through the hotel and the tour company where excellent. The hotel gave us breakfast boxes as we left at 7:15. We also purchased lunch boxes for 20... More

this hotel gave us good value for money. It is within 20 minutes walk ofOld Town Square, on a quiet side street. I felt absolutely safe walking back alone from the centre around 9pm. Good breakfast choices, but restricted sitting space if hotel busy. Rooms adequate and clean, with immediate supply of hot water in the bathrooms. We were a... More

Can not fault this hotel at all. Went to Krakow for my brothers early birthday present. Arrived on Good Friday at 1330 and we were welcomed straight into our twin room. Small but ideal for what we needed it for. Clean, tidy and warm! Breakfast was better than I had imagined. Meats, Egg, coffee, cereals, fruit, cake, juices, etc... The... More

Friendly staff. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities inc tea pot, tea, coffee, sugar. Comfortable beds. Good selection at breakfast. Good location, close to train and bus station, 15 min walk to city square. Really quiet at night. Strong free wifi. Things that could be improved: Curtain didn't fit the window and a lot of... More

Accommodations were good, only two strange things were key to door was old fashioned kind as it locked from the inside and outside. We had an elderly with us and with only one key (prior tenants took the other one) we had to lock her inside the room when we were out and the room did not have a phone.... More

We had a great 4 night stay recently. Friendle/informative staff on reception. Clean, bright warm double room with a great ensuite. The breakfast was ample: Scrambled eggs, hot sausages and then an array of cold meats/cheeses/salads etc.We were 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. Its a quiet residential area with a shop just across the road in which you... More

After all good reviews that we read here we decided to book double room. We booked double room but we recieved triple. I wouldn't have nothing against it but the quality of the room was very poor. There was broken nightstand, shower with rust, doors were very thin so that we could hear every single sound from outside of the... More

This is a great find. Very reasonably priced and well located within the centre (a pleasant five to ten mins stroll). However, the main draw of this place is the staff. Uniformly they are lovely; friendly, polite, professional and with a genuine 'can do' attitude. We stayed for three nights (Wed, Thurs, Fri) and on the second night the students... More

This is a no frills hotel but good value for the price. Its in a quiet street about 5/10 min walk from the main train & bus stations. The old town is about 15/20 min walk away. The staff spoke good English were warm, friendly and very helpful. Although the rooms are basic they were clean and maintained daily including... More

Stayed here with friends for four nights and the location was perfect. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Staff at reception were warm and welcoming. Would not hesitate to stay here if I visit Krakow again
