I booked this hotel as somewhere just to put our heads down over a long weekend whilst there to visit the Auschwitz camps. I didn't want anything too close to the city centre as I like my sleep and bright lights and people out on the town could have awoken this sleeping bear - meow. The distance from the Old... More

Great hotel, we had deluxe room, 4th floor-you can see wawel castle, with ac, large bathroom, only small tv, but that was no problem. Good location, close to city center just across the Debinki bridge. Breakfast was average, staff very polite. Overall very satisfying experience. The only problem was parking, the capacity of the underground parking was for 5 cars,... More

Came here for a week in krakow a few days ago. I cannot find a single fault, the staff were exceptional and friendly, the room was large and had most you would expect. Location wise just a 10 minute walk from the old town, I am looking forward to staying again on my next visit

I stayed in this hotel twice, one in spring and once in summer time. Both times I booked via Expedia. Both times rooms were very big and spacious. Room on the 4th floor had a view of Wawel, minibar, toiletries etc. Very clean, comfy bed. During my 2nd visit I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. Again, very... More

We stayed here for three nights recently. The hotel is located on the edge of the city centre, about 10 minutes walk from the main market square. It is a relatively small hotel, very nicely decorated and modern. Our room was a good size for a city hotel, with a sitting area, huge bathroom and a balcony. A continental breakfast... More

I share many of the positive feelings as other reviewers have noted. The location is quite good as one can easily walk to all the main sights of Krakow We made use of the hotel's small parking lot and that worked fine for us. The wi-fi worked great and service of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We... More

The hotel staff was all wonderful, very nice, friendly, and eager to help. The rooms were HUGE, especially compared to a lot of the other European hotels on our trip. You have to go to the restaurant for dinner. We went there one night because it was late and we were starving. It looked really nice, but we figured we... More

We stayed for 3 nights recently and I cannot fault this hotel. Though we arrived 2 hours early we were told our room was ready and given a street map and some advice for making our way to the main square. The staff were extremely helpful at all times, making bookings for trips and arranging taxis whenever needed. The room... More

We chose this hotel as it was given such a good rating on Tripadvisor. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with free wifi. Plenty of choice for breakfast, European style. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is just across the river from the castle and from the hotel it was not too far to the old... More
