Booked this hotel as part of a deal when booking the flights, and had a great price offered. Knew when booking that this was an out of town hotel, but having dealt with the worst Moscow could offer thought this was no trouble

I arranged a taxi with the hotel to transfer me from the airport, which was duly waiting for me. The hotel itself is actually in a residential area in a side street, which made it a very strange location, and is about a quarter of a mile from the very large and modern Sanctuary of Devine Mercy and about half a mile from the nearest tram stop, and here is the quandary you will find yourself in

The hotel itself is immaculate and the service first class. They couldn't do enough for you, and were always offering suggestions and always offering help with booking taxis etc. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast a basic but tasty continental that set you up for the day
