Well, I was dissappointed. With the hotel and the room. In fact, the room was not refurbished at all (it was a standard room), with an uncomfortable bed and a small bathroom with shower. Very expensive room service. Next time I will take a superior room and prepare supper by on own. more

Nice hotel, Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast is european... Free in-room internet access which is a plus. Spa, pool and Jacuzzi. A bit dated looking but clean and secure. Stayed here during a business trip a while back. more

Stayed one night on business en route to Kielce having landed at Katowice Airport past midnight (note the taxi costs 160PLN from the airport to Katowice city centre). Stayed here for four nights in August, hotel is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in , nice swimming pool , sauna, etc, stayed here before visiting Auchwitz, 45 minutes away by taxi. evening meal slightly expensive by Polish standards, would recommend this hotel. more

This is a very good hotel. Although the reception area looks very "Comunist", the rest of the hotel is top class. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are very comfortable and there is a very large selection of TV channels. Shower is large with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is quite nice, with a nice variety of foods.... more

The hotel stands in the middle of a set of building sites, near to the city centre. It is a standard basic Novotel with a price to reflect that. The rooms are modern and clean.
