Me and my Dad stayed here after visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial museum, as it is only about a ten minute drive away. Within our room rate we also received free breakfast, which was lovely and very European. We ate in the Italian restaurant at night; the food was absolutely gorgeous and extremely cheap! The hotel also has a Polish restaurant... More

A superb blend of a cosy hotel, friendly staff and excellent cuisine (Polish and Italian food, good wine list.) Some beds with worn out mattresses need to be changed, but apart from it this is the best hotel in the town.

Polish 5 star for us dirt cheap! Totally outstanding! Staff speak English and are helpful, good food and very cheap, the rooms are very clean and out of this world! Been there 2 times now and Deffo go back, even better when you spent all day at the camps and it's nice to go back and relax, very quiet and... More

This hotel is probably not in great surroundings (mainly houses with flats) but that really doesn't matter. Inside it is very nice and stylish. The room was perfectly clean and quiet. Internet was available in all the areas where I went. I only ate at the Polish restaurant. Even though it was very quiet and I was concerned whether they... More

A beautiful building and a very nice hotel . Room are large and confortable , though "simple" in decoration . Moreover no international TV , just 6 channels , all Polish and with a poor quality screen , no mini bar .... so there is space for improvment Breakfast is typical Polish , good and plentiful . This hotel also... More

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent and provided superb customer service. I must have bugged Kamila the receptionist at least 10+ times, but every time she greeted me with a smile and the "willingness" to help. Even went out in the cold to better understand what I was asking in regards to some tire issues. She directed... More

While visiting Auschwitz, Birkenau and other interesting locations, this hotel serves as a place of rest and recuperation in Oschwiecim. Friendly rooms, friendly people and relaxing spa. We had dinner in the two restaurants and enjoyed the food and the service. The Polsih food was excellent. Only two small imnprovement aspects were presemnt: a english channel on the TV and bigger... Great hotel, very good, the patio, very good food in the restaurant, excellent breakfast, good prices. Recommend menu served, French President Jacques Chirac. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Parking inside free. For entry to the SPA, I was required to pay 5 euro. The coordinates of the courtyard are N 50.03859 °, E 19.24463 °. The man at reception restaurant could... More

Hotel has a beautiful outside structure, with a nice garden all around it. The rooms are okay, not wonderful or 100% clean. The restaurant is always super-full (not in a good way) and takes a long time to eat - possibly because of the city's few options. There were big fat mosquitoes in the room and restaurant. Management seemed confused,... More
