Hotel was depressing given it opposite the coach park to Auschwitz. The pillows, like others have written were rubbish. I brought my own. Room was okay but the shower was the best part: nice and powerful and warm. The breakfast wasnt very good. A few bread rolls and some sausage and eggs. We got down there at 8:30am one morning... Great hotel if you are wanting to visit Auschwitz. located opposite Auschwitz 1. Only downside very little around to walk to regarding food. Hotel does have a restaurant though which serves mainly Polish fayre. Staff are fantastic and nothing is a problem for them, rooms and public areas are all spotlessly clean. A big thank you to Karol who picked... More

Nice hotel, bit basic. But directly opposite the entrance of Auschwitz Museum. Staff very nice and friendly. Wi fi a bit hit and miss. Rooms basic but comfortable. Very clean and modern. Breakfast is very good with a wide variety of food. The bar shut at 10pm and as there isn't anything else nearby this was a bit inconvenient.

I chose this hotel because it's the closest to Auschwitz Museum, and if you're an individual tourist, you have to enter the museum before 10 am, or after 3 pm, during Summer times. I wanted to get there as soon as it opened (8 o'clock) to avoid crowds and enjoy the museum in quietness. The hotel provides a good breakfast... More

This hotel is directly across the street from Auschwitz so it is super convenient for your visit, The restaurant is great although the service is slow, the food is worth the wait. The room is basic yet sufficient. The air conditioning is underpowered and took a long time to cool the room. The pillows were AWFUL. I have never seen... More

The location could not be better. Looking out the window , Auschwitz is literally across the street. The staff was very friendly and as helpful as could be. One review marked this hotel down because once you take the room key, you cannot charge your electronics, problem solved, just ask for another room key! He also said they only got... More

I recently spent one night (of a planned two night stay) at Hotel Olecki during a European road trip with my mom and small dog. This property is located directly across the street from the Auschwitz concentration camp so if you plan to visit Auschwitz, the location and free parking is unbeatable. As from the accommodations, the rooms are reasonably... More

Hotel is perfect located opposite the Auschwitz 1 (not to be confused with Birkenau) museum. Free car parking at the rear. Rooms are basic and comfortable. Also a terrace at the rear for having a beer or two. The manager on duty is very customer satisfaction driven. No worries about your stay. Hotel has a restaurant and there are 2... More

Very clean, very quiet, very good WC, large room. A good option, visiting the Auschwitz museum in front. One critic: breakfast misses yogurt, and hot cofee and hot milk. They put a horrible coffee in power, and you are supossed to mix it with cold water. Never seen. trie to ask for made coffee in the kitchen, but the lady... More
