It was not first time for me to stay in this hotel. Last 10 years i was there few times. And i have the same expression: excellent location, next to Czos lake, close to centre of the city, in the middle of my great Mazury, but still with comunistic style touch. Staff is friendly, but rooms look like maximum 3... More

This hotel is in a nice location close to the lake. In general it is nice, the room was fine, wifi worked but it is let down by a few key things: 1. the beds have the cheapest ever mattresses and are so uncomfortable - if not for this I would have stayed an extra night or two 2. My... More

That's nice hotel for relaxing. Nice stuff and nice service. Rooms are clear. Wi-fi is ok. If you want you can go to spa or sauna. Just one think i don't like; breakfast haven't got variety. But alacarte restaurant is so delicious. Stuffs so cute. Thats why I will stay again.

We stayed here for two nights 19th & 20th September 2014. The Mercure is a very well appointed hotel close to the Lake Czos (pronounced Chos) in Poland's lake district. Not the cheapest in the area but good value. The room was spacious, clean and with a good size bathroom, a balcony overlooked a grassed area. The spa has a... More

Sadly as this was a short business trip I did not get to use any of the facilities on offer, but this seemed like a really nice hotel. The setting is quite beautiful, next to a lake in a nice rural area, and the hotel is large with many facilities. Rooms are large and clean, comfortable bed and breakfast is... More

We stayed in this hotel for three days. All family was happy with attractions served by mercure (meeting with stars on the sky and rock stars). Breakfasts were plentiful and diversify. Proper swimming pools, fitness gym. Very close to the lake with plenty of nice restaurants. A very competent receptions people especially Mr. Grzegorz.
