No room service (no cleaning, bed making, towels changing), breakfasts are very poor and not good!!!, no confidence: have to pay all stay in advance (they probably know how bad their hotel is and if not paid nobody would stay second night over there). A brilliant little pension, situated on the famous pedestrianised main tourist thoroughfare Monte Cassino.Up 1 flight of stairs, all rooms look into a grubby internal courtyard, hence view is limited, but advantage is no noise.Only 5 bedrooms and 2-3 apartments, the rooms are well-appointed and spotlessly clean.
