We went for our wedding anniversary and had a superb stay. Nothing is too much trouble. Quality service that I thought hotels had forgotten about with management and staff appreciating that you are the guest. No negatives at all.

Stayed in several hotels in this area but i must say that now i have stayed in this hotel i ain't going to stay somewhere else next time. Great location. I had a luxury room, lots of space, great bathroom and a comfy bed. Despite the re-construction of the restaurant i had a excellent breakfast. Very close to Monte Cassino... More

It was my second time in Sofitel Grand, last time being exactly a year ago, also at the Beaujolais Nouveau event. The hotel is in a great location, directly at the seaside and in the centre of Sopot, walking distance to attractions and to the railway station, from where you can easily get to either Gdansk or Gdynia. It looks... More

The Sofitel Grand is a great building. Loved the architecture and feeling inside of history. Nice friendly check in that was efficient Good English for staff and they were very attentive Large fast elevators were a nice surprise for an older building Nice bar and breakfast buffet Room was comfortable size. Bed looked more comfortable than it felt Shower controls... More

What an amazing place, we arrived around midnight , check in was speedy and amazing with an upgrade to a suite ! Weather was superb for October, the junior suite was large, with balcony sea facing, the hotel in situated only a couple of mins walk from pier and the numerous shops, bars and restaurants , want to go back... We booked one of the front rooms with a sea view and it was certainly worth the upgrade. Lovely large room and excellent bathroom with bath and shower. Replenishment of toiletries each day was barely sufficient and was very miserly for a 5* hotel. Panoramic views of the beach, pier and sea from our room. I don't think the hotel... More

Huge impressive building but very regular rooms, a small bathroom with just a shower. Decor in rooms very very basic and functional. Nothing luxury or design. Nothing really specific. But the worse experience is when you check out in the morning. Only one person at the front desk for 8 persons waiting on line ! And with an incredibly long... More

Stayed for one night in and what I would like to say was a very enjoyable experience. The location so near the Sopot main street and so close to the beach can't be beaten. However what makes this place special and above other 5 star hotels is the shear history of this place, walking in sends a shiver down your... More

I was recommended to stay in the hotel Sheraton but I decided for " hotel with history" which was good decision. The hotel has beautiful garden few steps from the beach, very nice and helpfull staff, nice bar and restaurant. The breakfast offered wide choice and even you can have it in the garden. Rooms are big and a little... More
