The Lunatic Hostel is a trendy little spot located within walking distance of the main attractions in Sopot. I traveled there with 7 friends for the Heineken Open'er festival back in summer 2013. The hostel really does have everything you would expect within the realms of the budget. It's beautifully painted and the bathrooms/kitchen area are exactly what you need.... More

Stag trip to Sopot with the usal antics and the hosts were great and very accomadating. No pressure to leave on check out and allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours before we got taxis to the airport. Close to town, 24/7 access, clean and cheap. Would recommend and use again.

We stayed at this hostel last weekend and I must say that its truly an amazing place! The location, and you know what they say "location, location, location!", is excellent as it is only 5-10 min walk to the Sopot promenade which means that you are in the heart of the city yet not bothered by all the night life... Very nice and stylish hostel in Sopot, good location, few minutes walking distance to main tourist street, Monciak. Clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen and social area. I recommend. Many thanks to great host Tomek!

Great hostel, really nice receptionists. Quite easy to find. Been here for Michael Buble's concert and I'm coming back. The bathrooms and rooms are very clean. The location is nice - near the train station and SKM station.

I spent a week in the Lunatic hostel with three friends and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Kinga and Tom, the owners, were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. We were there for a friends wedding, and had no problems getting ready as there are several showers/toilets/mirrors etc!! The location is great, its about a five minute... More

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean and newly renovated, good location and an unbeatable price. Of course, it's a hostel, and you will not get a private bathroom, but that was never an issue. I'm coming back next summer!

I can review the hostel which was great but the best thing about this place was the owner and her commitment to the job. I don't think she slept for 48 hours once we arrived. She was awake in the small hours to make sure everyone was arriving home alright and she was still awake making breakfasts and cleaning the... More

I stayed at the Lunatic hostel over the same weekend as the previous reviewer for my stag do. I found the hostel to be clean and well equipped. Kinga, the owner/manager was really friendly and helpful. I'd recommend the hostel to any medium to large groups looking for somewhere to stay in Sopot. It'd also be a good base for... More
