This hotel is right on the beach, quiet and peaceful. In the middle of "no where". The surroundings remind me of typical East-block countries 30 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated in a forest close to the Baltic sea. Food is fairly good and you get to taste most of Polands lovely dishes. what a terrible place, abusive waiters, personel unwiling to help beyond basic check in, management unable to handle simple complaint, rooms very basic for claimed 4 stars, pools rarely cleaned, never again

“Unhelpfu staff, threatening management”

I stayed in this hotel for business and met with staff that was offensive, rejected to help with simple requests, was uninformed of our expectations (we were using hotels conference room). When I wrote a letter of complaint to hotel manager he replied and threatened to sue. Do I need to tell more?
