Our room overlooked the river, was comfortable and spacious. The only problem was we were next to a building used for social events and on Saturday night during a warm September everyone was out on the roof terrace next to our room until 0130 in the morning and it was really noisy even with the window closed. I've had better... More

Looks really nice from outside, check in nice and easy. The room we got 202 second floor on the edge of the building and river facing. The views from all the windows are brilliant. The room itself comprised of a sitting room with a minibar, a couple of sofas a desk and a 40 inch tv, the bedroom was to... More

Only good to say about this hotel. Rooms and interior are little bit worn, but clean. 10 minute walk to old town. Free parking front of hotel. Breakfast was also good. Free wifi, but signal was quite poor.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel in September 2014. hotel is very nice - at Motlawa river, with fantastic view on historical center and ... boats. Taking under consideration historical aspect and fact that this is 3 stars hotel I'm not surprised to see that this hotel was a Dalai Lama place when He visited Gdansk. Very friendly Staff,... More

Spent the weekend here, hotel is very old, decor in bedrooms needs updating and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It is situated on the river, but for the centre of town it is on the wrong side of the river. It was quite noisy in the rooms as we had to have the windows open. The rooms... More

The hotel is a converted granary and sits on the edge of the River Motlawa. It is on the quiet side of the Motlawa and rooms facing the river get a lovely view of marine activity which includes the two replica galleons that take passengers on sightseeing trips to the Westerplatte, water taxis plus numerous yachts and power boats coming... We went to gdansk for 5 days in august, and chose hotel krolewski based on price and location. Pluss at it looked like a Castle, like my 4 year old said :-) We very much liked the hotel, the service was great, the rooms very big (all though a bit outdated), and had a Perfect view of the galleon and... The service at this hotel lets it down! Surly, communistic, non welcoming staff should be retrained or let go! Modern day hotels should provide natural yoghurt...this was requested on three days without any success. One day our room was not serviced with the cleaning staff lying that we'd left the Private sign on our door. Not so, as we'd not... More

We booked 2 rooms as we were travelling with extended family. You have a good impression on arrival. The hotel is a converted granary and it looks very nice from the outside. The reception area looks nice and restaurant overlooks the river. Our room was deluxe and we were very happy with it. It overlooked the canal and was quite... More

The staff here is amazing, showed up a day early due to the violence in Ukraine, and they made special accommodations for that night. The whole staff seemed to go out of their way to help out this crazy American, they were all willing to answer questions about the area, and they helped me to get to a couple different... More
