I was very pleased with my room on the 12th floor. Good free internet connection was very helpful and bathroom both modern and a pleasure to be in (sad but true that not all hotel bathrooms are anywhere near this good). more

A very lovely refurbished hotel close to the train and bus depot. At first given a room with a single bed about the size of a large closet but when I requested a change I was moved to a fair sized room with a queen bed. The bedding and mattress just scrumptious and the nicest shower I've ever had. Everything... more

We only stayed here overnight for our airport transport however the hotel was very convienient - 3 mins walk from station and 5 mins walk to the waterfront in Gdansk. The room was good value for money with a comfy bed - although it was a little warm even with the air con on! Bathroom was clean and bright with... more

The location is good and the room had recently been renovated. The breakfast buffet was good but not surprising. This could be a good starting ponit to explore the old city. more

The hotel is in a great location, and affords lovely views of a very pretty city, but the renovations that are going on did ruin an otherwise pleasant and unobtrusive stay. The only grumble I would have would be with the massive shower. During peak showing time the pressure can drop and the heat drops away from what would otherwise... more

Stayed at the Hevelius in Gdansk for work. Rooms very nice, very clean and freshly refurbished (I would think). Hotel is very well placed and easy walking distance to all of the old town. Views from hotel fantastic. Gdansk itself was a revelation - I don't know what I expected, but I would recommend Gdansk for a city break, very... more

This hotel is well placed for the old town in Gdansk, but because smoking is allowed in some rooms on alternate floors the rooms and lifts are smelly. I had the displeasure of staying in a smokey room which made me wake with streaming eyes. The staff are pleasant and the resturant very good. more

This is a very well placed hotel for visiting the pretty old town of Gdansk. The breakfast was very nice and after having an evening meal in the resturant the service was great. Now the down side ... the room I stayed in was on a smoking floor and as a non-smoker the beds and room stank. The bathroom was... more

Hotel in perfect location for old town of Gdansk, by walk maybe 10 - 15 minutes. From Airport transfer takes you through shabby post soviet’s style neighbourhoods but when you reach old town you might be surprised of radiance of the city. Streets that seems to come out of the middle ages authentic looking chimneys and narrow passages. All nicely... more

Reading some previous reviews they paint a pretty poor picture , but I must tell you this is a spot on place and I was quietly impressed. Great location , sparkling lobby , nice open lounge , bar facilities were good and the evening meal in the restaurant was a pleasure. My double room was not the biggest but I... more
