We have just returned from a three night stay at Hotel Artus in beautiful Gdansk . We had quite an experience at this hotel so I will start at the beginning . We checked in and were told " no smoking in the rooms ". We don't smoke so no prob. We were given our room key 207 so got... More

We arrived in Gdansk and were very pleased to be staying downtown in the old part of the city, this was very convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and helpfull. The rooms were quite small but clean and the beds were also comfortable. However, the rooms were very hot as there was no air condition which made sleeping very... More

Great location right in the middle of the Old Town. Room was very nice, only problem is noise, street noise at night and Church Bell at 7:00 am . Also interesting that reception desk is so high that sitting down staff doesn't see you unless they stand up, in the hospitality industry you would think that eye contact is important.Breakfast... Arrived early to check in but were received cordially and given a good room. Location of hotel was fantastic for access right in the Old town. Good breakfast and excellent service. Lots of windows - and they all opened!

We stayed at hotel Artus for two nights. Overall, the majority of the hotel is great - modern, very clean facilities, friendly staff while the location is fantastic right at the centre of Old Town - the main street is a few steps from the hotel. The only downside to our stay was the noise from outside - at times... More

We stayed at hotel Artus for 5 nights. On the drive in to town we were a bit nervous to see that the road signs to hotel Artus only have two stars on them, but our fears were unfounded. It all looks brand new so I don't know if it's been recently upgraded, but anyhow the rooms are modern, comfortable,... More

I only a stayed for one night. The room was impeccably clean. Very cool interior. Everything looked brand new. The beds were a little on the firm side, but nothing to complain much about. The location was great, everything you needed right on the doorstep. Reception staff was very welcoming and service minded, and spoke good English. During the night/morning... More

Lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of the old town with everything close by. Good buffet breakfast , polish style, with street seating for drinks and food during the day and night. Only downside for our family stay was the street noise until 4 in the morning , which apparently is common for the summer months . We were... More

Great location, spacious rooms, excellent service from the staff and a good bar/restaurant. The room was clean and newly refurbished. In walking distance to Old Town and the places you want to visit in Gdansk.

Stayed here 10th to 13th of May, it is good value for money. Clean rooms. Right in the centre whick was perfect. The only negative was that the rooms where very warm and no AC. I would recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep and be right in the city centre.
