Stayed here for four nights as a couple. Absolutely massive room with three single beds in (we pushed two together) and a very decent sized bathroom. Sheets felt a little damp on occasion and the curtains let in a lot of light but otherwise sound. Breakfast varied from day to day (buffet on some occasions, plates made up on others)... More

Its cheap way to stay very close to Gdansk dowtown. The city is very nice and I have seen much more attractive looking hotels around. We stayed 2 nights at Dom Sonata in Gdansk from 25th till 27th August, where we could leave our car free of charge on the supervised parking. Location was a 5/10 min stroll from the main tourist area. Room was bare bones, our main complaint is our room was on the top floor, in a tower- so we had to go up extra stairs, the room only had 2 very small windows at the floor level, and 3 skylights that could be opened, it was almost unbearable... we were living there this past week and the rooms are average,looks like pupils living quarters. nothing wrong with that,we enjoyed the closeness to the old city whitch lies only 3-5 min walk away. What we didnt like was the language problems..there were 3 different receptionists and only one could halfway communicate in english. the other two got panic everytime... More
