The best thing about this place is its location - otherwise it's rather bad: indifferent and careless staff, hopeless breakfast, no internet (1 computer occupied mostly by the staff), uncomfortable and unclean rooms, and horrible and stinking bathrooms and toilets. All this for much too high a price. I do not recommend it - it's possible to find much better... more

This hostel is in a nice location in the old town and easy to find. The room which was a single room with a double bed, was rather small and dusty but also quite cosy. The window ledge was completely full of pidgeon dung but the view to the Hilton hotel construction was absolutely amazing...The lovely noise of hammers was... more

With lots of luggage or in the snow, you may prefer to take a taxi for about 10 zloty. It's about 15 minutes walk from the station (get directions from tourist information). They speak good english and there is a basic self service breakfast inluded. Reasonable location but next time I would pay more for a hotel. Nice building and... more

Stayed at the hostal on the 3rd July for one night before making our way up to the Open'er festival at Gdyina.
