The owner is italian, but speaking also english and german. Rooms are clean and with nice forniture. Internet connection is good. Fresh breakfast, good italian (almost) coffee. Good hotel for business trips but also for family. Some noisy in the early morning due to outside jobs (cleaning of the streets, traffic)

I have visited UH maybe 30 + times over the last 6 years with business and I have stayed in the Maxi 20+ times. Its a great little hotel, friendly, clean, reasonable price and a great little Italian restaurant downstairs, which is also the best one in town too. Easily the best value place in town.

I and my husband stayed at this hotel during our cycling vacation in the Czech Republic. It was a very pleasant experience in all details, and we enjoyed every minute of it. This is one of those hotels that one would often recall and want to return to. Marina
