Very spacy room, clean shower, bed linen snd everything else. Hotel has parking for extra pay. Staff was very friendly snd helpful. We have got sausages, omlet and many other different products for the breakfast. Unfortunately, it was too warm insde, and no a/c.

We went to Brno October 2014, and to Hungary, Bratislava. All the hotels but this one were great, some excellent! The Slavia has nice friendly staff and looks kinda impressive at first look. Where they let themselves down, is at breakfast. This is the only hotel where the fruit juice is additive full and not fresh, the coffee acting like... More

Coming in at half the price and for a double room too. £35 for a very spacious double room with a great shower, right in the centre of Brno and away from the train station crowd! It's a leisurely 10 min walk up through the main street were you can check out the excellent local bars and shops. It's actually... More

Old feeling but kind hotel right in the centre with tasty breakfast, funny room TV (not good watching from bed directly) and kind hotel staff. Worth of money? Hm, lets say yes. This hotel can't surprise you with something special but it doesn't really matter as you will be satisfied with a stay even on one night.

I dont have much to say. It is old and poorly furnished hotel. Location is good, close to castle by walk and also easy reach to the city center. What I remeber I was satisfied considering a price per night.

We stayed in September. The hotel has everything a tired traveler needs. Comfortable bed, newer bathroom, great shower and flat screen for viewing pleasure. I especially enjoyed the downstairs sauna (very clean!) The breakfast has a lot to offer. I enjoyed the bakery the fruit and of course the cold cuts. Well worth the price! Everything is walking distance, it's... More

This hotel is a acceptable choice for visiting Brno center as it's in the city center. It's also affordable and clean. The rooms are ok and clean but the furniture and beds are kind of old and worn-out. The mattresses seem lower quality and too soft for my taste. Also for the rest the hotel furniture is kind of old... More

Located in the historic old city of Brno, this hotel is clean and well maintained. Decor and furnishings are vintage late 1970's. It was probably the last word in creature comforts when the Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Communist Party stayed here. Removable showerhead hangs at face level. Rooms have wifi and a small, "portable" TV of the kind I... More
