We stayed at the Hotel Vladimir in April 2006, attending a friends wedding in the town. The hotel was relatively easy to book (a few language problems!) but from the moment we arrived we found the staff to be very helpful and worked hard to answer our many queries. This is an old fashioned hotel, from the previous regim Is located in the center of the city. The hall is old, without seats. If you want wait somebody, you will still standing.
