Perfect service, friendly staff, well equipped room and as a bonus you will get the view out of the last (nineth?) floor when having breakfast. You will also get a discount for food in hotel restaurants which are not bad at all, especially the "Plzenska" offers very god food for very resonable price. Free parking and location in the city... My family was traveling by car and during night we found this hotel. The price was really good and we had a connecting room. This hotel reminds me USSR style. However, the rooms was clean, nothing special. The bed was not so bad and very clean. Breakfast on the top floor (as I remember 9th). The view from the restaurant... More

The staff were very accommodating. We had a meeting here and I suppose the majority of the guests at the time of my stay were members of our party. The bed was quite hard and in my room the noise on the street bothered me. I advise guests to bring earplugs to block out traffic noise. Breakfast was very basic,... More

If you have to stay in this town this hotel is fine, 70s building, small average rooms, friendly staff, industrial town, not that suitable for tourists. Head further north to the national park area for a prettier town.

We stayed here for one night befbefore a wedding. Our room was like a sauna with no air conditioning. We couldn't even open the windows. Called the reception to complain. The lady came over immediately and said she will do something about it. Next thing we knew we were getting an upgrade to their best room. Very very happy with... More

It's my second stay at this hotel. Every time just for business, for 1 night. It is always easy to book - the hotel is big and the town of Usti nad Labem is very small, so u always can get a room if u travel, f.ex. from germany to Prague.... . It is pretty old, even old-fashioned, reminds me... More

Nothing to complain about really. Just be ready to go back in time. Everything would look brand new if we were in the 70s. Even the customers. Everything is kitch (but old kitch), you can picture yourself as Brejnev visiting the city back in the days. No ammenities. Wifi works fine though. Do not shower too late in the morning... More

We spent two nights with customers (approx 20) at this hotel. Receptionist was 17 and spoke no foreign languages. Don't be mistaken by the photos on their website! 1-2 rooms might be similar to the photos, the rest are are tiny and stink. We tried to change at least some rooms for the customers, but it tooks hours of fight.... More

We stayed at the Hotel Vladimir in April 2006, attending a friends wedding in the town. The hotel was relatively easy to book (a few language problems!) but from the moment we arrived we found the staff to be very helpful and worked hard to answer our many queries. The rooms were clean, spacious and accurately described on the various... More

This is an old fashioned hotel, from the previous regim Is located in the center of the city. The hall is old, without seats. If you want wait somebody, you will still standing. The elevators are also old. When I went to the room the corridor was narrow. The room, however is not bad. It was re/done last year, and... More
