We stayed in this hotel only one night, however wish we could stay here longer. Our room was very very nice - huge bed, big bathroom, very clean and looks really luxury. Breakfast was better than average. Location is really great. More over price was really acceptable for such kind of hotel.

Stayed here for three nights. I had a room facing the main street but it was still quiet. Reception speaks good english and the room was clean. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast very delicious. Wifi works good.

We book the hotel direct from the site and we exchanged some emails about how we like our room to be. They ask us about our preference in bed and we ask them of a double one. When we arrived at the hotel they told us they don't have any rooms with a double bed(only two twins) because of the... More

Receptionist not very helpful on arrival. Stayed as part of a tour so stayed at beginning and end of tour. Had different rooms. First room was facing the street and was very noisy. The toilet seat and soap dispenser were both broken. The heater was difficult to control. There was a good selection at breakfast and the wifi was good.... More

Hotel is very well managed. Staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in the hotel for a week, and observed hotel manager making sure, that everything done in the best way possible. We felt welcome and comfortable there. Hotel has very nice breakfast with wide variety of items served. It's located only two blocks from Vtslav's square, where most day... More

Nice and clean hotel, spacious room, unhelpful staff, Wellness area closed to early and have never stayed anywhere where they charge you extra to have a coffee machine in your room. Worth the price and really close to the heart of the city by foot.

We had a wonderful holiday in Hotel Sonata. It is in a central place, near to Venceslas Square. The hotel's staff was helpful and very nice. Our room was romantic, clean, spacious, air-conditioned and the bed was very comfortable. There was large selection at the breakfast and it was very good.

We went to this Hotel as a part of a tour. Checking in was bit slow as they foyer can't hold more than 2-3 set of people. The rooms are not bad , nothing Premium about it of 4****. The restaurant is basic but not bad. Breakfast too is basic stuff, wouldn't quibble too much about it. But the staff... More

Dear guest, We are terribly sorry for the technical issue with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it is not usual for the Czech republic, to be this hot, that is why in these extreme conditions were issues with the AC. I understand that it can make a vacation unpleasant, however our staff worked hard to fix this problem and succeeded. Hopefully,... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
