We enjoyed a fair time at Palace Road hotel since March 23rd. It is very well located, about 300 meters from the Saint Nicholas square and at reach of Praga Castle. The staff can arrange for you the transfer service from and to the airport. The room was clean, and fills with premium bath amenities. But… A huge problem: prior... More

Location was excellent, staff were so lovely and helpful. It was a little bit noisy. Situated in an old building which could be classed as "charming", don't expect a huge modern hotel! More

Small family run hotel full of oldie world charm. Huge rooms furnished with antique furniture and paintings. Very clean and comfortable. The most important thing was the wonderful hospitality and friendliness shown by everyone involved. Breakfast at Leone & Anna Restaurant was well worth the few minutes walk and was included in the price. Once again, excellant service and hospitality... More

The hotel was great, it was very originally decorated, full of old furnitures and old pictures. The atmosphere was great, the rooms were bigger than my apartment, and everything was super clean. I was a bit disappointed when they sent me to have breakfast for 6 euros at a restaurant called Leone and Anna and they charged 6 for the... More

We stayed her in Feb 2012 - the hotel is undergoing some work and as such was not what we would consider a "normal stay". During our stay there was rarely someone at reception - due to the cold and the work. There were no discussions about breakfast - and where this would be taken. We assumed we were on... More

So far I've visited Prague several times and I'm in love with the city. Last time I stayed in Palace Road Hotel and I fell in love with Prague even more. The place is amazing and staff is extremely helpful! Romantic location, spacious rooms, very clean. I couldn't think of one thing not to love about it! More

Staying at the Palace Road Hotel was a real royal experience! The location was perfect, close to everything, yet not too noisy and crowded. The hotel itself, full of antiques and old paintings has a great atmosphere. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated in every detail. In fact, it could surely be called a suite. It had a lot... More

This hotel is in a perfect location, on the main road leading up to the castle and close to the Charles Bridge leading into Old Town. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Prague. As other reviews have noted, it is up a little hill from the tram stop. But if you're in Prague you'll be doing... More

We stayed at Palace Road which has been renamed from the Palace Steps for 4 nights on October 2011. Unfortunately we had our rental vehicle towed overnight as we did not realize that there is no parking at all allowed in Prague 1. The next morning, Rosie the manager went above and beyond and found our vehicle and mapped out... More
