Me and my friend went to Prague for a weekend trip a couple of weeks ago and chose this hostel to live in for three nights. The service was great, they gave us a map and some tips on good (and cheap) restaurants, cheap corner shops and also helped us locate ATMs and stuff. they were generally really nice and... More

Nice double room in a great (the best) location in Prague. Extremely close to Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. The staff guy who set us up there was nice and helpful, telling us about all the main sights. There was a spider nest in the corner of the ceiling, we told the guy about it and he sorted... More

The room had everything we needed. It was like a big kitchen with beds. The shared bathroom was clean, there was warm water. The staff was very nice. They even had a hairdryer and umbrellas. The only problem I can recall were the smokers. There were not much of them but smoking was allowed indoors.

Very well located hostel. The entrance is difficult to find (look for a restaurant with the number 10 above), enter it and climb 2 floors by the stairs. The corridors are a little bit scary, but it is the only bad thing about the hostel. The rooms are big, bed is good and there are many hangers to put clothes... More

Great location, Walking distance to all the sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback was that the beds werent very comfortable, but well, its a hostel, not a hotel. Also the safe was broken, but you could lock the room so that wasnt a problem and im sure that by now its already fixed anyways.

Really good choice for the weekend in Prague. Great location, we were sightseeing on foot because hostel is in the heart of the city. Lovely and very helpful stuff. Nice and cozy decor. The only confusing thing is the entrance - it's inside the restaurant and it's not signed at all.

Nice to have a private room for three for hostel prices with shared bathroom. Kitchen available was shared amongst very few guests, as were the toilets/bathroom. Noise might be an issue for some, but given the excellent location, you can overlook that. You enter through a restaurant, but having read about that online it was not a surprise. Wifi was... More

If your looking for a 5 star hotel then don't stay in a cheap hostel. Nothing wrong with what you get based on what you pay. The toilet is maintained daily by staff and I never had a problem with it throughout the week I was there. It is located above a restaurant but the lights do come on automatically... More

Although we had a bad start - we'd accidentally booked another hostel, while meaning to book this one-, and there was noone at the hostel to check us in (we spent three hours at the restaurant in which the hostel entrance is, wondering how we could enter the place), we finally found their number and called them: while we had... The hostel is hidden up some stairs in a restaurant which wasn't indicated on any instructions we were given. It isn't even signposted from the street. Rooms a little grotty (we stayed in a twin) and the bathroom was a bit dingy too. There was a standalone fan provided. The windows opened up onto the main street below which was... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
