I'd never rate this hotel as a 4-star hotel. The reception staff was anything but friendly. We stayed there for five nights, and the beds were changed only once and the shampoos haven't been replaced at all. Excellent, very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very well located, close to all main attractions, bars, shops, bridges and squares. In all a very well appointed hotel and well worth the stay. more

We arrived to this hotel on July 9 and stayed 3 nights thru July 13. The location of the hotel is great – it is in the walking distance from the major places of interest. Modern clean interior (they look better than the hallways imho), room wasn't very large but adequate. If you're tall: beds have no foot end (good) and are no longer that about 2 meters.
