The rooms were clean and functional, although not huge. The beds are first class. We heard very little noise from the outside, even with a room facing the street. Breakfast was good. Parking was safe in a parking house near the National Theatre.

Perfect location, within walking distance from most of the important sights and places worth a visit. 5 minutes walk from the old town square, 10 minutes from the Charles bridge. Stayed here for 4 nights in june/july, room 406, and could not be happier. Everything from very clean and beautifully decorated and spacious rooms to very good breakfast buffet and... More

A small very well run hotel in Prague. The location is outstanding, very close to main square and pedestrian market. The cafe serves a wonderful buffet breakfast and is open to late in the evening for tea and coffee. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to various places of interest. The room was well equipped... More

We spent 4 nights here late June. This small hotel is well situated - you can walk to everything in 10- 15 minutes. Even the castle on top of the hill we walked home from in less than half an hour, although the walk up the hill would have taken much longer. The rooms are very small but functional and... More

Extremely well located in city center just steps away from all major attractions. Cordial reception staff slways helpful arranging tourist activities. Small, comfortable room with slightly fussy Euro-chic design--lacking facecloths & barrier to block water spray from shower onto bath floor. Very kind, friendly staff serving tasty inclusive breakfast. Highly recommended for price & value.

This hotel is a four-star jewel tucked deep inside the loop of old town Prague.Luckily, I had a taxi ride from the airport or I would have had trouble finding the hotel. If you book through the hotel's webpage, they will either pick you up or deliver you for one leg of your trip. As stated by others, this hotel... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
