Good appartment on a great location. Right in the middle of the old towncentre. A good location to explore Praugue. The accomodation is a little budget, but it'll do. After all what do you need for a city trip? The beds are good. The apartment in which we stayed, was a bit small for our party (1 adult and 4... More

We had an upgraded room because original room was broken. It didn't feel upgraded. Bathroom smelled and tiles were coming off from the floor. Kingsize bed was two narrow separate beds put together with a 10cm gap. Breakfast was really poor. The reception desk was in another building and opened only from 8am to 6pm. And on top of all... Reception not friendly. Our rooms did not reflect the photos on web, on the contrary, curtains were hanging on 3 hooks, dirty. No bedside tables. Beds not comfortable. All over not a good experience . Fortunately we stayed 1 night. Location was good.

1st the specifics, clean, big, fridge, a/c, toilet, shower and secure. The mgmt company located across the street was always helpful and nice. The bar/cafe/hotel across the street was always open. We walked around the last night and found out that, the surrounding area was quite full of life besides hanging downtown by the square. So we decided to hang... More

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Our room was large and airy and on a quiet street. We walked everywhere as the location is great. They have parking (10euro daily) available with a private garage which was nice since parking is very hard to find in Prague. The only warnings are that you need to bring your own soap and shampoo... We checked in late - so they arranged a driver for the airport for us , but he also doubled as a tour guide , bag porter and started our stay nicely. The bed was much more comfortable than most of our Euro hotels, a few English TV channels, a good enough breakfast and a location which was very convenient..... More

Stopped at this hotel at the end of January. Nice and clean fully equipped kitchen. We always stop in the area. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment it was the standard continental breakfast. But there is a tesco just round the corner to grab some bacon

Honestly, I was disappointed. I wanted to love this place, but it fell short, which was dissapointing since we arrived at the decision to stay here after extensive research. First thing that really hurt was the fact that we were early to check in by about 20 mins, door locked, 16 degrees Fahrenheit, no one showed up until 20 mins... More

We stayed there for 1 night in December and it was very good. The apartment was well equipped and very nice. The car park was very small and with some cars parked there it was very hard to access or leave it - we had to go back and forth like 20 times to leave our parking spot due to... More

1) Very good location, near to down-town center. Just 5-10 minutes by walk to the most famous historical places - "Stare Mesto" with famous clock with 12 Apostles, Municipal House, Mystec, Charles Brige, Powder Tower etc. 5 minute by train or by metro to Prague Castle. Supermarket TESCO is 2 minutes walk where you can buy all you need, as... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
