We had a memorable stay at the Savic hotel. We arrived and were immediately offered a complimentary drink and were also provided with many guides for Prague tours, concerts etc. Our room was beautiful, and contained every luxury. Even the items in the mini-bar were reasonably priced! The bathroom was stunning, all in marble and contained an incredibly luxurious bath/... More

From the moment you step in the door, you feel like you are coming home. Everyone makes you welcome and does everything possible to be sure you enjoy your stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully created. From a choice of 5(4 on the bed & 1 in Almira) pillows to bathroom amenities to making reservations for tours - it seems... More

We stayed at the Savic to celebrate a special birthday for my wife. I had chosen the hotel using Tripadvisor and I am pleased to report that all the great reviews I had seen are based on fact ! We could not fault this hotel or its very friendly staff- from our arrival they booked us in with a smile... More

The Savic is very central in Prague (although that means the streets can be very crowded with tourists in the high season). The rooms our party used were all large, well-decorated and very comfortable. The level of service was outstanding. Warm, friendly and consistently welcoming. A real find of a hotel.

Stayed at the Hotel Savic for 4 nights in July. The hotel is centrally located, about a 2 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock. The Reception is a small desk at the entrance, muh more friendly than the usual huge checking in desks at chain hotels. The staff were always very friendly and we were offered a welcome drink when... Tripadvisor informed every accomodation booking I made for this trip and the Savic Hotel was as good as reviewers had stated. We also booked airport transfers and these were both straightforward. Upon arrival and reigstraion we were offered complimentary drinks - just lovely. The room (#305) was beautiful - spacious, luxurious bathroom, crystal chandalier and lights. The location was superb... More

There is absolutely nothing to criticise. My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and loved it. From the website booking, the airport pickup, the friendly welcome with a free drink,it's really worth every penny for the location and service. The beds were very comfortable with a memory foam kind of mattress. The aircondition is very cool throughout the... More

We spent around 5 nights at this hotel and can not recommend enough. As said in previous messages, the staff are tremendous at helping you with enquiries and the standard of our room was excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal, old town square is literally two minutes away in one direction and Charles Bridge two minutes away in... More

My daughter and I have just returned from our 4 day trip to Prague. We had such a wonderful time. The hotel was first class. It had absolutely all we needed. It is in a perfect location for exploring the city. The staff were very attentive towards us. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
