The staff was extremely helpful in retreiving our lost luggage from the airline. The hotel location is very close to the palace and away from the crowds in the centre of town. The short walk to all sights was very pleasant. Rooms we well appointed, clean and breakfast was excellent.

We booked this hotel because of the great reviews. The hotel lived up to expectations. The staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We had a room on the top floor which was very spacious and light. Great selection for breakfast and the staff were always on hand to assist. It's about a 5 - 10 minute... More

We stayed at the Hotel Three Storks for 7 nights and had the most wonderful experience! We arrived around 11 in the morning due to an early flight, and we were accommodated even though check in was 3pm, and were given a triple room which was very large and comfortable! The rooms are lovely, the several windows gives it great... More

My boyfriend and I were in Prague for 3 nights, we only stayed in Three Storks for 1 night as I booked it as a surprise for his birthday on the Sunday...I couldn't have made a better choice! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are fantastic and the staff are incredible. We had a great stay here and wish we... More

I got a great hotel service here, I was soaked from rain when I got there. The manager, Helena, kindly offered me drying clothes and everything I needed. I had breakfast here, and it was great. I had breakfast at other hotels too, but breakfast at this hotel was much better than those at other hotels. Also, it is close... More

The hotel is located a block away from Hradcany Palace and Charle's bridge, walking distance from restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was very friendly and helped us organize all the details of our stay. The room was spacious, with a funny built in glass toilet structure. The ceiling was original from 17th century. Breakfast was delicious and full of... More

Our travel agent arranged for this hotel as our original hotel was still undergoing renovations. The reception staff welcomed us warmly with refreshing sparkling wine. They were very helpful in arranging taxis, exchanging money, giving directions; we had no problems finding English-speaking staff. We were given a Deluxe or Superior room, the one pictured on the main web site (with... More

Arrived before check-in time and was offered a glass of sparkling wine. We got to choose from 3 different rooms, all large and luxurious. We settled on a room facing the yard. The rooms are very clean and fresh. The hotel is situated within a few minutes walking distance from the Charles bridge, yet the location is very quiet and... More

We were on our 5th trip to Prague and decided, after staying in the same location the first four visits, we needed a change. We chose Mala Strana as we love the area and find it very convenient to transportation, dining and sightseeing. The Hotel Three Storks turned out to be a perfect place to stay in Mala Strana. The... Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
